I bought this model but in silver instead of rose gold. The design is perfect, easy to use as well as easy to clean; however, depends on types of vegetables/fruits that you use, it can get jammed sometimes, especially the celery. I often juice it last because it can get jammed easily. Overall, I’m happy with the product. I use it at least once a week.

I did try different juicer & this one was easy to use, clean easly. It also got more juice out of my vegetables & fruit. I have not tryed to make ice cream with it yeat, but looking foward to.
It has been a very pleasant experience. The juice is very high quality and fresh, and pulp is very dry, so I know I am getting the best micronutrients possible, so they are easier to absorb
Overall I think it is a good product, it is quite, easy to clean and assemble. Sometimes the pulp is a bit moist and sometimes it gets stuck under the spinner. Tried cutting food into smaller pieces but it still gets stuck under the black motor piece.
I have been doing a lot of research of the different types of juicers out there. I am glad however to have made this purchase. It's well worth your money spent. With this being a slow juicer...it's really not a big deal. You get your nutrients and your money worth but most importantly its for your health. Love this product!
I received a defective item. The hopper lid does not lock on the chamber. I have made arrangements to return it. Customer service made it very easy to process the return.
I purchased this juicer after shopping around for a few days, and my wife and I are ecstatic with this purchase! It comes with an incredible amount of accessories, even a tofu press! We make juice around three or four times a week and it has been a smooth experience each time, and such a breeze to clean! Highly recommend to anyone who's on the fence between juicers- go with Hurom!
After extensive research, I went with this item. I am so glad I did. It's quiet, not nearly as bad a clean up experience as expected (quite easy in fact), easy to operate, and very effective. Does hard and soft items well, including leafy greens. Tip: Cut your celery into centimeter-in-length pieces to avoid build up.I use this product about three times a week and there is nothing more refreshing. Highly recommend!
