This stuff is like magic elixir. I had severe stomach flu so was dehydrated and looking for something to replenish lost electrolytes with less sugar than Gatorade- this not only tastes great but also made me feel better almost right away.

I recently recommended this to a friend whose children were sick. She said they had tried the Orange flavour and her kids wouldn't take it. I mentioned our family all love the Apple Blackcurrant powder and so she tried again with her children - great success - they all loved it and she had no problems getting them to take it. It is such a handy thing to take travelling and to always have in the medicine cabinet. It is excellent in the really hot weather when people are tired and exhausted - rehydrates you very quickly.

I use this powder at least once a day due to a chronic stomach condition that causes constant vomiting and diarrhea. The hydralyte is mild tasting without being boring and is very effective at rehydrating me.

I have been buying this for my husband to drink at work, as he expends a lot of energy. It rejuvenates him, and keeps him hydrated. the flavour is good and its very ease to use. I fill a large drink bottle with water, put in the hydralite and refrigerate for the next day and he just gets the bottle from the fridge and some food and off he goes. it has been a great thing for me.
