I always have a healthy supply of hydralyte in the cupboard! I've been using it so long now I can't even remember when I started, it was recommended by a relative who ways has some on hand.. It's not only beneficial for when you're sick but it's great to have all year round in hot weather too... Plus it's great for the kidsIt has a pleasant taste.
