I always have a healthy supply of hydralyte in the cupboard! I've been using it so long now I can't even remember when I started, it was recommended by a relative who ways has some on hand.. It's not only beneficial for when you're sick but it's great to have all year round in hot weather too... Plus it's great for the kidsIt has a pleasant taste. Peace of mind

I always keep some of these in our fridge in case my son is sick. When he don't feel like drinking water he nearly always will feel like having hydralyte and it's a relief to know his getting fluids and replacing electrolytes to help him recover.
