But the Icebreaker Men’s 125 ZoneKnit in long sleeve has truly brought in a level of friends and admirers. Believe me or don’t. This shirt is bombproof. Light weight but warm. Much like my friends, old and new. I like this shirt SO much and with each new shirt comes more friends so I purchased two more, one blue and one black. My base layer’s and my circle of friends is complete.

the Zone knit keeps me cool on warmer days in the backcountry. I am a sweaty dude so this lighter merino wool keeps me cool. 4 stars because I have found Icebreaker stuff to not be the most durable.

I went through the size selector online and a medium seemed to be the right size for me. It's a little tight, but as an under layer it'll be fine. I love the design and feel of the wool. A nice add-on to my wardrobe!

I adore the color I bought a matching set of the leggings and top in the black and grey.I have to admit I purchased the black leggings last year for a trip to Tenerife and England. I purchased an xs.....my usual go to size for IB leggings as I am only 5'1 and do not like the extra length or baggy fit of larger sizes . The leggings were great except the waist....tight, tight , tight. I had to cut the waist band....loved the tights for their warmth.I noticed in the latest version that the tights were not full length. I purchased in a medium to be sure the waist was not too tight. I wished it was a little more soft on the skin but overall, it's pretty good. I use it for running in the cold.
I had used to many types of thermal underwear, mainly it was synthetic, but this one is something different, I would say another level.
