I love almost everything about this balm! It is very nicely pigmented so you can build up a rich color, but when it fades it does so naturally. I wouldn't describe the balm as glossy, but it definitely isn't matte. My lips feel better after wearing this. My one complaint is that a product that is so pigmented should have a bullet shape or be more slender to allow for precise application. The roundness of the product might be okay for some of the more neutral colors, but the reds and berries need a more precise application.

I loooooove this lip balm. Full transparency it is MORE tinted than balmy, but honestly that's what I was looking for. As someone who's been hooked on Glossier's Ultralip for awhile, I think I've found my replacement. This is sooooo nourishing and feels amazing on the lips. The color isn't super pigmented, but it is more color than just a flush. It's exactly what I was looking for in a day-to-day lip balm that I can wear/reapply while in between virtual meetings. I cannot stress how nice this feels on the lips! It's lovely. I will be purchasing more colors/tints!!!!

I've been waiting a long time to find a lip product that actually works for me. I really struggle with lipstick as it just looks a mess in 5 minutes - rubs off, goes over my lip line, fades in the middle... I don't know how people actually wear it. So this little lip tint has been revolutionary as it's gentle, balmy, buildable and seems to look like the best version of my actual real lips. Even it if goes over the edges it sort of smushes in naturally and just looks soft and kissed. The colour (Heartbeats) I chose is the perfect warm soft red for my skin tone - it doen't seem to bring out all the other reds in my face like other tones do. And I now don't go anywhere without it. In reality, maybe because it is soft, one wipe will be enough for almost a medium coverage. I was expecting more of a balm with a very transparent tint for a natural look so I was a bit disappointed. This is my first time loving a tinted lip balm. I have deeply pigmented lips and only matte lipsticks could cover it. I have tried multiple tinted lip balms over the years with no luck till I came across this product. I was amazed by the coverage it offered and it feels amazing on my lips. It's moisturising and not too glossy which makes it perfect for an everyday lip product. I'm a brown woman and I would highly recommend this to anyone with a deeper tone looking for a tinted lip balm. The shade I use is memoir. Absolutely love this product. Memoir is a subtle shade, that leaves my lips feeling moisturized, but not greasy. I adore this wearable shade. For a tinted lip balm, it had good pigmentation and staying power.
