I tried everybody's decaffeinated coffee and did not think any come close to the flavor of caffeinated until I tried illy. The illy E.S.E. pods are the most convenient means to a great tasting cup of coffee. I left Keurig for a DeLonghi espresso machine and have been pleased with the flavor I get from the pods over the k-cups. (My guess is that pods are much more eco-friendly than a k-cup!)I've lived in coffee-producing countries and consider coffee a comfort food! I like the smell, taste, warmth and hospitality of sharing a cup of coffee with someone. My guests consistently ask me to identify the brand of coffee I am serving. I am happy to recommend illy.

I have been enjoying straight espresso shots with these Illy ESE pods using the La Piccola machine. The 25ml shot will pull in about 35 seconds. There is a hint of sweetness with a rich espresso texture when I give the machine a longer heat up time, like while we have dinner. My only problem is that we enjoy the Illy espressos too much.

We had to move to decaf when the doctor ordered us off caffeine, and we were afraid that illy decaf espresso pods wouldn't measure up to our beloved regular illy. Were we wrong! Illy has managed to keep all the strength, richness and round, mellow flavor while lifting the worry of caffeine overload. We're here to stay!

Love Illy and so happy Whole Latte Love carries this brand of decaf - the coffee is processed without chemicals. Shipped quickly. Will definitely reorder as soon as I'm out of these, which won't be long.
I bought these coffee pods for my new ese espresso machine. We have really enjoyed making lattes and cappuccinos at home!
Enjoy it. It being decafe I purchased it to try it out. For after meals.I was looking for Sampler pack of the coffees you offer at illy so I will not have to purchased a bunch of coffee I will never drink. If you have something like that I would be interested.Let me know.
I love the convenience of having these pods to make in my espresso machine. I also appreciate the decaf option. The one downside is that the espresso is more bitter compared to regular caffeinated pods, but I understand this isn't unique to Illy.
These are just really bad. The as always excellent video tips from Whole Latte Love cannot even save these. I tried them in a Gaggia Classic Pro with all the added pod contraptions.They’re about 3 seconds faster than just grinding whole beans, and they taste like vase water. Don’t waste your money.
Be careful with what you order. Walmart's website can be so confusing. I searched for Keurig K-cups, this came up. I didn't know what E.S.E was - well I just wasted $18 because these aren't useable in a Keurig.
These decaffeinated pods are just what I wanted. I love to have a latte after dinner, but regular kept me awake. This decaf is perfect-rich flavor, no mess, yay, sleep, yay! Thanks Illy!
