First delivery, glass door and face was shattered. Collected replacement and the microwave fits perfectly in the existing cavity and a better replacement for it's Smeg predecessor. Functionality is great and easy to use. Due to the shiny interior and the convection oven element inside, purchased a food cover to minimise spills and splatters and ultimately, make cleaning alot easier. Time will tell but so far so good.

It is user friendly. Looks great installed. The only thing I find strange is the excessive amount of water collected inside and on the door from steam when microwave cooking. It is very hot. Have not used it much as yet but I love that it can be used without referring to the instruction manual every time.
