These are hands-down the best shoes I’ve ever owned for functional fitness. I perform so much better in these as they truly feel the ground or press through the rower. I jump better, move better. I wouldn’t run more than 200m in these though. There is no support - but that has me moving really well. Love love love these. I hadn’t had Inov-8s in about 9 years. Wow have I missed them!!!!

I’m in love with these shoes. I have barely taken them off since I got them. Good for wearing around, trail running and hiking. My husband liked them so much he got himself a pair.

The toe box is narrow for a wider foot. Other than that, I love them for crossfit and running. Also really good for ball hockey and agility. The floor grip is great.

I have been wearing merrell vapor gloves for the past few years so these honestly felt pretty thick and cushy to me in comparison. I have worn them a few times for normal daily activity plus 3 days at a theme park (20k steps per day). They are comfortable and seem like they will hold up for the long term. For sizing - I usually wear size 7.5, sometimes wear size 8. I ordered size 7.5 and they fit great (8 would be too big for sure). Love the green/gum color but I believe I'd love the purple too.
These feel, at try-on, almost identical to my 235 v.2, so I love them; however, this review is coming from a tried-on-and-walked-around-the-house stance, not a trained-in stance.Pros:- wide toe box- 0 drop- gorgeous colorThey're so thin and light I felt like I was standing directly on the floor, but not in a bad way; I just felt very grounded and aware of the way my feet were positioned. If you like barefoot training, that is amazing. If you're training outside or on trail, potentially not what you want.I did go with the 245s over these as my new everyday cross-trainer; I think the all-fabric upper will hold up a little bit better over time than the synthetic caging at midfoot, and it also allows for a snugger fit along the whole foot than the slightly more ... MoreThese feel, at try-on, almost identical to my 235 v.2, so I love them; however, this review is coming from a tried-on-and-walked-around-the-house stance, not a trained-in stance.Pros:- wide toe box- 0 drop- gorgeous colorThey're so thin and light I felt like I was standing directly on the floor, but not in a bad way; I just felt very grounded and aware of the way my feet were positioned. If I could, I'd keep these too and rotate them around with the 245s, probably choosing these for workouts with running, rowing, or fast-cycling lifts. Maybe box jump workouts, too.
I have been looking for minimal shoes for a while, mostly for the indoor rowing machine and walks around the neighborhood. My partner had a few pairs of innov8 and really liked them so I thought I'd try them. I love the simple look of these and they were comfortable from the very start! After walking around for the last month with them on, I noticed some wear on the bottom of the shoes so I don't know how long they will last. But I will be wearing them hard while it lasts! I am usually a size 8.5, ordered these in 8.5 and they fit great. ~Unfortunately~ the only photos I have of these shoes in action are after walks/rowing and include our dog hanging out nearby;)
Awesome shoes!!! Very comfortable! After trying many, many different shoes, some were $200.00, these are the best!!!! Go barefoot! I work on concrete everyday and my body was in agony by the time I would get home, feet, ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders! I ordered a size 7, but needed a size 8. My friend bought the size 7 from me. So, ordered a larger size. My whole body feels so much better!!!! A little pain in my one ankle, but everything else has improved!!!!!!!
I purchased hoping for a shoe that I didn't have to take off when doing deadlifts. They are perfect. Sole is sticky, so no slipping during agility drills. Will take some time getting used to the 0mm heel drop.
Super comfortable shoe. The sole has more padding then I expected but still not much of a rise. Very light shoe and quite comfortable. Highly recommend.
So I had bought my first pair of Inov-8 shoes while I was in the Army. They were my first Zero-drop pair, and I was absolutely in love with the shoe. I lifted in them, I ran (a TON), and did all of my daily PT for months, and they held up wonderfully.I finally ordered another pair, this pair, years later as I try and get back in shape. I only just received them and put them on and my heart is so happy! They are so cushy, the sole is amazingly flexible yet sturdy, and I am sososo excited to train in these!I'll come back in a month or two (hopefully) to update my review 😊💕
