Quality is amazing. You can also buy separate lenses like the 360 lense and the 1 inch lense. But remember this is the 4K edition. It only has the 1 lense. You have to but the lenses separate. Or you can go to the insta website and buy the twin edition which has the 4k and the 360 lense which is about 400. If I held off I would of waited for that. But other than that am very happy with the camera. Quality is amazing.

This item marketing campaign is a bit misleading; from the picture, you think you are buying two cameras for the price of one, but you are only getting one camera and two lenses. I'm afraid that it's super not suitable for a company to market a product as such. Even the BBY employee could not answer my question if I were buying one camera, two cameras with two lenses, or only one camera with two lenses.

This camera hasn’t worked from day one. I hit the power button, blue light comes on, and thats it. When I do sometimes get it on it freezes while recording and the file gets corrupted. Also it constantly disconnects from the app. Customer service with insta360 is also a joke, don’t expect any help there. I will be returning this camera.
I've been researching between different action camera types and between the 360 cameras for bicycle riding and motorbike riding and I ended up getting this. B&H gave me the best price out there for a brand new camera at $400 and I can't be more happy with everything I get from this camera and the store. I totally love it, great quality though it is not as good as GoPro in the dark but it is not that bad. Everything is decent.
I wanted action camera and have been looking at different brand and model. What first attracted me was the 1-inch 360 camera, subsequently I found out that it’s modular and I expanded my choice to include this. So far this works great for me, compact, good quality, the only complain will be limitation of 60fps. If you want action camera and want to have option to change the lens, highly recommend this!

I used always cringe when reviewing "regular" action cam footage and the subjects kept coming and out of frame and I'd have to try to edit the clips together so it wouldn't be so noticeable. Not anymore. I just re-frame and keep them front and center all the time. The desktop editor is really easy to use (but it would be great if you could add music or combine clips in it. The mobile app is even better and allows this functionality too. Brilliant. Things I'd improve... the screen is tiny so navigation is a pain but that's as a consequence of the small camera size. I use mine primarily for skydiving so the small form factor is more important than ease of navigation (which I can do with my phone anyway) All in all - ... MoreLOVE it. Very disappointed in the quality of the files this produces. Not even close to the quality they show in their ads for it.I have tried multiple settings and it is awful.Nothing I could ever feel comfortable charging my clients for.Build quality is great, just wish the image quality came close to matching. Unfortunately, I waited too long to test it after I got it and am unable to return it.
Nice camera with good picture quality. Settings menu is fairly easy to become familiar with; easier than the old GoPro Hero 2 and 3 I still use. The mount is miles better than the GoPro equivalent. Out of the box the camera comes with a 1/4" threaded adapter, so you can finally use standard mounts/heads/... without having to order separate adapters. The cage is great: leave it attached to your head/tripod, unlock & slide the camera out when required, and slide it back in later, all without touching the mounting screw. Not so good (and the reason for deducting a star): both my cameras did not want to connect to the app on my phone when they came out of the box, whatever I tried. Even when enabling wifi permanently in the camera settings, wifi remained "off". Took a ... MoreNice camera with good picture quality.
