I roasted a tasty Cornish game hen with Acorn squash as my first meal - it was delicious. Do research into the fryers available, which will help you understand the theory behind these machines. I chose this machine, since the Instant Pot pressure cooker has been a major plus to my kitchen. Happy Frying

I bought this to replace an air fryer from a different brand that was no longer functioning correctly. This one is 1000 times better than the other brand, everything I have made so far has been has come out perfectly cooked and with a good crisp. I definitely would recommend this one to anyone in the market for an air fryer.

I ordered this item on Cyber Monday and it came this week. There was a warning sticker under the handle on the front of the basket, which I read, and then tried to remove, naively thinking it was removable. Why did I think this? Because all the photos of the product show the basket with no sticker on it. Turns out it's not removable and now it looks like garbage and I have to figure out how to get this off. Big disappointment and Instant Brands support just said "we recommend you don't remove the sticker." Way to go!

I needed an air fryer that fit under my low cabinets and was delighted that the Vortex existed in just the right size. I'd heard and read good things about the Vortex, and it has proved to be every bit as useful as I'd hoped. It's especially good for fast hot lunches, and does an awesome job of roasting vegetables. I've been recommending it to friends.
I have only been using this air fryer for one week, but I love it already. It cooks faster than a regular oven which is super convenient. Less oils are needed to air fry, making meals healthier. The basket size is perfect for dinner for 2. It also bakes and reheats. I chose this model for its size. It isn’t too tall and fits nicely into the cabinet when not in use. Also, clean up is very easy. I highly recommend this product.
Just got my air fryer so I've only used it twice. The directions aren't very clear but it isn't too hard to figure out. Would suggest doing a test run to best understand how it works so you don't ruin your food by overcooking. That said it is handy, not too large, fits in my cabinet for storage and much faster than my oven. I'm glad I got it and can see using it a lot. Also 4qt is perfect size for 2 adults.
Bought one for my daughter & her husband for Christmas, as well as one for ourselves. It's the perfect size for two of us. Super easy to clean, especially with the removeable tray. It heats really fast and does a great job of cooking & reheating food. Potatoes have never tasted this good before - crispy on the outside and so fluffy inside! Cooking bacon is a breeze now with no splatters or mess! Reheating pizza tastes as good as when it was freshly made! Love using my air fryer. I now search an air fryer version of most recipes I make. Thanks for providing such a great appliance for purchase!
Bought one for my daughter for Christmas and also one for myself. The basket is a good size for two people. It heats up incredibly fast (in just over 2 minutes)! It's easy to use. The removeable tray makes cleaning up a breeze. I'm loving this new unit in my kitchen.

The handle stays up so you lose that space in the middle of the tray to place food.No accessories designed/sold for this smaller 4 quart model.LOUD.I pressed CANCEL while the machine was preheating in air fry mode. Instead of winding down, it got louder, to the point family in the next room asked what ths loud noise was. I was hesitant to buy an airfryer as I thought I wouldn't use it much. My husband bought it for my birthday and I've used it almost daily since. It cooks food quickly and the clean up is so easy. Roasted vegetables are so quick and delicious. Makes it easy to eat healthy. An added bonus, the reheat function is amazing, it brings leftovers back to life such as spinach pies and sausage rolls. Wish I had bought one sooner. This particular airfryer us just perfect for the two of us.
