Intex 10 Ft x 30 Inch Easy Set Pool

This has been one of the most worst purchasing experiences of my life. I received this pool 2 weeks ago. The description stated it came with the pump. The price is not good without the pump. After several emails with pictured documentation, price comparisons etc., the manufacturer finally apologized for the item description being wrong and wrote I’d heat from Wayfair shortly. Several days later I got an email from Wayfair asking if I still needed help. This should be a case study on how not to treat customer. I’m packing it up the pool and sending it back because without the pump the price is much higher than buying it from another company. I have spent hours just trying to get this straightened out. False advertisement!!! The description clearly states the pump is included with this purchase. It is stated both in the description and the specifications yet it is NOT included. When reaching out to anyone and everyone both at Wayfair and the manufacturer they both state that it is not. I guess we are to assume that anything you purchase from Wayfair may or may not include what is advertised on their website. They want to act like Im uneducated or cannot comprehend what I read. In no way shape or form does it say that this pump is NOT included. Yet they want to act like Im stupid and tell me it say it is not. DO NOT purchase this if you expect it to include everything it says it does.

Very disappointed! FIRST, it did not come with the pump that it was advertised as included. I contacted Customer Service, they simply explained there was a mistake in the ad, then offered a slight discount.I still had to buy a pump separately, which I should not have had to do.SECOND, two weeks into using the pool (after investing in a pump, proper brush chemicals) the pool lost all water. I could not find any place that was torn or leaking. Nothing was loose or broken. It was a total mystery. Filled it again, and it wouldn’t hold water. I never found where the leak was!

As a small family who braves the Georgia heat every summer, we needed somewhere to lounge that would allow us to cool off and also entertain our toddler. It definitely checks the boxes for both! My husband and I assembled and filled this guy up over the course of about 3 1/2 hours or less. Fairly simple to do, just make sure you have level ground or it will sit weird. The pool itself seems to be made of a decent material, the pump/ filter could be better but for the price point, not sure what I expected. All in all, not disappointed in my purchase, look forward to playing in it all summer long with the kiddo!

This Intex easy set pool is 10' x 30" deep and holds 1,018 gallons of water. Very durable and puncture resistant with super tough 30 gauge sidewalls. Assembly is a breeze. Find level ground and if you want lay a big tarp down. Then lay out the pool. Put air in the top ring and it will rise up. Ready for water in 15 to 20 minutes and no tools needed. You just need a air pump. Mine came with a pump, just follow directions and it's very easy to install. I brought a floating chlorine tablet dispenser and it keeps the pool clean. Just buy the tablets, put in side and let it float in pool when your not in it. Great for adults and kids. It's 30" deep, so watch the little ones.

This pool is perfect for our small family of 3. We all fit nicely inside the pool without feeling crowded. It’s a little tricky to get set up… though the company claims it’s easy “fast-set”… what works for us is to fill about 2 feet and then with 2 people to stretch out the bottom from both the inside and out together. Make sure you place this on level ground before filling. It takes us about 8 hours to completely fill the pool. We have now added a filter and clean the pool daily and use the cover to keep the water clean longer so that it doesn’t have to be emptied after every use. It’s not very expensive and keeps the family cool during the summer. Great fun for the kids. Poor build quality.

This was on offer on Costco's website just in time for the summer break and hot weather. My two children absolutely loved it and it was relatively easy to follow the instructions and put together. We installed it on a patio area using a large tarpaulin sheet to place it on and add an additional layer of protection between the slabbed area and the pool.Despite this we soon discovered the pool wasn't particularly well made. The pump connectors constantly dripped, both where they connected to the pool and the pump. I checked them on numerous occasions to ensure the plastic grips were on properly and as tight as possible but to no avail. It also acquired numerous punctures in the pool base where it sat on the patio causing it to slowly drain. I initially thought the puntures might be repairable but discovered there were too many to patch - I can only assume the punctures were due to the rubbing of material against the slight inequalities in height of the natural stone paving flags underneath it.It's a shame the quality wasn't a little better as the kids loved it whilst it lasted. For what it cost, we also got a fair amount of use for the period we had it.

Leaked but will probably buy again

I’ve used and enjoyed Intex pools for many years and this is the first pool I’ve had a problem and unfortunately it was defective from the beginning.I am a 65 yr old woman that uses the pool as a way to escape the heat and this year I needed it more than ever but unfortunately spent more time blowing it up than using it. From the beginning it “slowly” leaked (took about a week to deflate) which I could tolerate because I thought maybe it was due to the the excessive heat 120* . I'm very happy with this pool. 10'wide. 30in deep, the fill line is at 23in. Fast to put up. You have so work out the wrinkles. There are plugs it comes with in the accessory box you can use if you don't use the filter kit like I didn't. This listing does not comes with the filter, but it does have the kit for the filter. I also purchased the 10' intex cover to go with. Great combo! Fast seller as well, I got my order within 48hrs! Thankyou target!

Super easy setup

Very happy with this pool, best purchase we made for our 8 & 10 yr old grandchildren this summer 2024. We never owned a pool before so we read all the reviews and hoped we wasn’t making a wrong decision but quickly learned you need to read & understand how to setup its super easy but super impressive! You’ll need a flat surface for your area & stretch out your pool before filling it up, this is an important step you can’t avoid. Don’t give a bad review if you didn’t follow these simple directions that’s not no one else’s fault but your!! Chemicals you’ll learn as you go along but again not hard at all. Relax & enjoy your summer if you setup correctly.
