For reference I have combination skin; oily t-zone and dry cheeks. This is my everyday moisturizer now. This product is a lightweight gel that sinks into the skin and gives it an instant plump look. it's perfect for the hot summer days because it feels like I have nothing on my face. it's non-sticky as well and not oily at all. To me this can be good for all skin types. I still can't find anything as good as this, it is soooooo hydrating and because of the amount of hyaluronic acid it has it leaves the skin plump and with a healthy glow from within, doesn't have a scent, it's affordable and it's double the size of most creams so it's a bang for your buck. Was planning on buying a different one just to try but couldn't find anything that could top this. The ingredient list is beautiful it has everything you want and more, It is not greasy and doesn't clog my pores (my skin is very acne prone) so couldn't ask for more definitely will repurchase also my neck looks beautiful since I started using this it really fills the wrinkles which is insane, no other cream was able to do this to my neck. ... MoreTo me this can be good for all skin types. I love how simple this product is, especially as I share this with a younger sibling who has no knowledge of what skincare to use and has sensitive skin. This works for the both of us - me being oily while they're normal to dry. It's lightweight, scentless, and nongreasy. I think this is best for the summer time, especially at night when you want something that is hydrating without a heavy layer of skincare. In conjunction with spot treatment/serums and a light hydrating toner, this makes my skin plump and hydrated overnight with it as my night moisturizer. With hyaluronic acid products, it's best if there is already some humidity in the air - this cream might not work to its fullest potential if you live in a dry climate.
This is by far the best daytime moisturizer that I've tried. I have combination, acne prone skin that is often dehydrated. I use this cream along with a hydrating toner, a pore refining moisturizer (isn't very moisturizing itself) and a mattifying primer. It doesn't clog pores and it's hydrating enough to keep my skin from getting oily for the whole day. I've used Avene aqua cream, Bioderma gel cream, Kiko Milano sebo balance cream and Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel. This moisturizer is better than all of them. I recommend getting it, if you're looking for a moisturizer to layer under other products. It's not very moisturizing by itself so keep that in mind.
My favorite moisturizer out there (and believe I have tried MANY). The ingredient composition is great. The texture is not too light nor too heavy and it feels great on the skin. Little to no scent, and very nice convenient packaging, though it lasts for ~1 month (would be great to have a larger size as well since I use it so much!). I have sensitive acne-prone skin and this works really well for me. Doesn't irritate or break me out. On very cold/dry days I sometimes need a heavier moisturizer, but is otherwise great for all seasons. Have rebought several times and will most likely keep rebuying.
I bought this gel for my combination skin and I use it as the last step in my night routine. I have mixed feelings about it.It's VERY hydrating, which is great for the areas of my face that are dry. But it makes the oily areas ever so slightly sticky after it has dried. The stickiness goes away after 5 mins or so but I would say use this gel if you feel your skin has become dehydrated more than usual. But for a normal day with oily skin, I'd use a lighter gel. Still love it though, consistency is amazing. And it always leaves me with a dewy finish which doesn't look oily at all. I would say this is a great base before makeup

I have combination skin and I do get oily at the end of the day. I tried the Isntree hyaluronic acid toner and that was ok... so I decided to add the Aqua gel cream into my regimen. BIG. MISTAKE. I tried it for a few days and I noticed I was no longer oily at the end of the day. I thought that was cool for the first day but the subsequent days... my skin felt soooo tight and dry. With each expression or movement, I feel like my skin was cracking apart. It was painfully dry. I really wanted this product to work for me (given all the great reviews) but nope. Even after stopping the product, my skin barrier did not recover. It was still soooo dry. I had to buy an expensive hydrating mask to repair my barrier.
