For this reason alone, I'm unsure if I will repurchase it since it doesn't meet all of my needs.

To our delight, it performed great for both of us! After a thin application, we could feel the product start working by giving us a tightening feeling of the skin. After 10 minutes, we could visually see the de-puffing effect of the product making our under eye bags and crows feet disappear. Although the directions call for putting the product on top of clean skin, we both tried the product on top of our serums and moisturizers after sufficient drying time without any untoward effects. Directions also suggest using IT cosmetics concealer on top, which we are both very interested in trying as well. Until then, we both used our usual concealers, foundations, and other make up products on top of the product, which worked nicely with the product as well. It didn't treat my under eye bags the way I would have liked but the smoothing effect was insane. I didn't realize how many other signs of aging I had around my eyes until I used this product. I appreciate it more for its other results rather than the depuffing of eye bags. To keep my face motionless for 10 to 15 minutes I found quite difficult. It does tingle a bit and you definitely don't want to be squinting while this product dries!While I found the results to be quite lovely, I can't speak to the products effects over makeup. I find that this product is only good for me for short periods of time. It's too dry for me to wear over makeup.I found it innovative and I was basically happy with the results.
