The Soho filing cabinet is beautiful and glossy and it is not very long so it fits in a small space. However, the handles and the area around the handles are made of plastic which is not very fire resistant. Also, it doesn't have anti-tilt mechanism which is not good if you have children. I bought a fire resistant document bag from evaculife to store my important documents inside the filing cabinet. I ended up returning the Soho filing cabinet and purchasing the Excalibre filing cabinet which is made of all steel including the handles. It also has anti-tilt mechanism and more sturdy than the Soho filing cabinet.

I bought this cabinet a couple of years ago. The lockable drawer does not lock properly and never has. Since I mainly bought it to have a lockable cabinet, it really is not fit for purpose unfortunately. Would not buy this product again.

Drawers dislocated easily even if you fill the space that the drawers provide in a normal way. It happened to my office that we had to lay the whole cabinet down to the floor to get the stuck drawer open by gravity because we simply tried to use most of the space of the drawers but we stored paperwork only. It's wise not to fully load with this cabinet; in other words, it's not cost-effective.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this cheap piece of garbage. Put anything heavier than half a draw full of binders and A4 sheets and the draws will warp and not slide in properly. The bottom draw is particularly weak in this regard. A total waste of money.
It's very roomy, looks nice in my office, I can store all my valuables in there as well and keep them safe as you can lock it up. It can be hooked up on the wall for child safety reasons. Also, if it accidentally tips over, the drawers automatically stay locked
We bought this click and collect - that process was the best part of the purchase!We took it out of the box and the bottom drawer didn't close properly. The lock was finicky and got stuck - before we even loaded up our documents! Do not recommend, opt for something a bit pricer and better quality.
I was hesitant to buy after reading the bad reviews but it is great for me. The suspension files you can buy come in two sizes, this fits the bigger files perfectly. I solved not being able to get right at the back of the drawer by putting my printer paper there. As for the lock, there appears to be only one lock but once this is locked it locks the top drawer also. It comes with two keys, one of my keys is hard to get back in once out but the other works perfectly. All in all a good cabinet for a great price and was the only one that fits under my window.
I've logged two (2) cases about the incredibly poor shape this item was in when I received it; I'm yet to hear a response and it has been over a month.It has a number of dents, two handles have fallen off and one of the draw railings has also fallen off.I would normally refrain from leaving a review including issues with a company’s support service, however I've not had a good experience.I also believe this item is not of very good quality and should be avoided, outside of the dents likely caused by rough handling, I think you'd receive an item in similar condition.
Terrible. They dont even fit the A4 folders or the A4 suspension files that i went and purchased. Purchase two and biggest waste of money. Really angry about this. What's the point of them if they dont actually fit filing of documents. Piece of crap from China. If i could give a zero rating I would. Really angry about this. More rubbish in the house doing nothing.
