The application that allows you to adjust the sound of the headphones to your own needs is a hit, although I admit that at the beginning I did not use it because the headphones work great without it. In addition, the application really does not take up a lot of memory, which is another advantage of the product. The range of the headphones is satisfactory, which allows me to move freely without having to carry the phone with me during everyday activities. The headphones can last up to 7 hours without charging, which is a big advantage for me because I do not part with the music almost every step of the way. Additionally, the price for such a good product is very favorable. I really recommend it to everyone and those active, and even less. I say this - addicted to great quality music.

Didn’t fit my ears, loud bone conduction sounds
7 December 2022

These earbuds didn’t fit me well at all. The reviews saying the fit is very individual dependent were right! I was skeptical of the no wing design (advertised as and improvement to fit?) and had trouble getting them to stay in while doing exercises like mountain climbers or burpees with all 3 ear tip sizes. The shake grip coating didn’t do much good for me (must have odd ear shape?). Likely related to the poor fit; I couldn’t get past the bone conduction sound unbearable. My footsteps and breathing sounded so loud, on ANC, hear through and off modes. It was too distracting for me to even listen to these working at my desk.Too bad the fit wasn’t good, I was impressed by: qi wireless charging case, rock solid Bluetooth device detection, multipoint Bluetooth ...Ā MoreThese earbuds didn’t fit me well at all. Just not for me? Someone else maybe

I have a very different listening style. I'm here after owning the Skullcandy Crusher Evos for over a year so I'm used to heavy bass and loud music. These earbuds are NOT it if that's what you're looking for. Don't believe other reviews. Even after messing with the equalizer in the app there is very little bass and it's extremely cheap. HOWEVER I will say everything else is crystal clear and music is played without distortion nor does it sound flat. Great if you're not worried about bass. They also get quite loud.On a different note, there's some other things I don't like about these earbuds: when you take a call, the earbuds automatically go into "hear through" mode which allows you to hear everything surrounding you with no way to turn it off. You ARE able to turn it off in the app but it doesn't apply to calls. Very annoying when you can hear the people talking around you while trying to hear what the other person is saying on the phone. Additionally, the mic is horrible. Upon being on a few different calls over the last 2 days with these headphones, ALL people on the other end have repeatedly mentioned that they're unable to hear me and describe me as sounding "whisper quiet" on their end even while speaking directly into the mic.As for comfort and fit I give these an A+ but remember that all ears are different. They didn't fall out while doing intense workouts or shaking my heading vigorously. They are also quite comfortable. They stick out a bit but it's not horrible looking. As for the case that holds the buds themselves I have some more criticism: the material the case is made of attracts fingerprints VERY easily and quickly. Upon taking it out of the packaging when opening, it had already started to look greasy and you could see all the prints even while having just washed my hands. The top of the lid is a little flimsy but overall I'd say it's sturdy and has a nice satisfying click. Not too sure on battery life but for my experience I'd say they're amazing. I've been using my buds for a few hours now (left one only) and it's showing that it's still at a good 87%. Mind you I have ANC and 'Speakthrough' turned off. You will get a longer life with these kept off.I'd reccomend these to someone who doesn't care about bass or a good mic as they're still amazing headphones. Definitely look for a deal or half price though as I feel over $200 after taxes is quite steep for what is given.

Pretty Good for a Black Friday Purchase

I do like these headphones. They have a premium feel and sound really good. All the online reviews give them high praise for sound quality, and I agree. I haven't had any problems pairing and the range is better than 30 feet through walls. I got used to the controls very quickly regarding volume, play/pause. I use them with my firestick and laptop. Neither device lets me use noise cancelling, but they do have two other sound modes - 'No ANC'; 'Hear-Through'. I've gotten really used to the 'Hear-Through' function at work which lets me hear conversations by using the built in microphones. I can just pause the music with my right ear button, and talk with people at work. I don't really like how they randomly fall out sometimes. They also sit pretty far into the ear. This premium earbud style of headphone is new for me, but I haven't decided if I'd like a headband more. I guess time will tell. Recommended if a person finds them comfortable.

Open up the flip top lid and you find the buds nestled in the case. They are ascetically pleasing in their appearance, with the Jabra logo emblazed on the outside. Whilst the sleek black lines were unassuming given this type of product has been establish in the market for some time and has had chance to develop, the main factor is more of how these perform than appearance. There are 3 different sized silicon ear pads (referred to as EarGels) supplied, which you would expect with this type of product, so you can get the best fit. As I have large ears I normally opt for the biggest set but found these were not needed and the medium size gave the best, secure fit.The controls are what you what expect to find: Volume up and down, play, pause, skip track (both forwards and back) answer and hang up a phone-call. You can also mute the microphone in call, which can be handy. There are also additional functions for the noise cancelling and voice assistant etc. and it did take a while to get used to and remember each function, and sometimes picked the wrong choice on account of mixing up these with my existing pair of buds! The controls were OK, but I don’t know if that was down to my ear shape or having thick fingers, when changing selection it does put pressure on your ear which is slightly unpleasant until you get used to it.Charging is obtained by connecting the USB-C lead supplied to the charging case. I think it is quite common (and disappointing) that the leads supplied are always pretty short, but this one is exceptionally short, so needed to prop up the case (though using my phone charger cable turned out to be more convenient). It takes 3 hours to fully charge these, but you can do a quick charge of 10 minutes, that can give up to 60 minutes of music if you are in a rush and forget to charge. The case itself has the capacity to recharge the earbuds up to 4 times before it needs connection to the mains again, so pretty useful for long periods away like camping. The biggest test of any earbuds is that they are comfortable and stay in, even when exercising. I am active and literally put these through their paces when out jogging. I wasn’t disappointed whatsoever and found them unobtrusive in my ear while running, and the active noise cancellation was very effective as I pounded the busy roads, though there was a little leakage so it doesn’t completely eliminate the outside world, but is more effective than not having the feature.I didn’t find the bass as deep as my existing pair, which was slightly disappointing, but that was the only note of concern on what is a faultless pair of excellent earbuds. Whilst these are primarily for listening to music, podcasts, they do also handle receiving the odd phone-call. I found the sound was clear and crisp and there are 4 microphones built in to ensure the person on the other end can hear you clearly too!Inside the box it says that you can get a 2-year warrantee against dust and water when you register, though I would anticipate a quality product to carry on long after any manufacturers guarantee. The free Jabra Sound+ app need to be downloaded to get ANC - Active Noise Control, which allows you to personalise the setting to your needs (which I had put to maximum). There is also additional features more akin to buds with a higher price tag. For example, one of these is to find the earbuds, should you leave the out of the case, which is a feature I hope won’t be necessary!! The App gives great details of the battery levels for the earbuds (which can also be used in a ā€œMonoā€ mode ie using only one) and the charging/storage case. Also I don’t currently have Alexa, though this is built in, along with Spotify Tap, so I am sure these are useful additions for people who do.This is definitely a premium pair of headphones, and I would recommend to any active person who listens to music during their workout, or daily run. They do boast an IP57 rating so are designed to be waterproof, sweat proof and keep out dust etc. so they will carry on performing in all weathers, and given the British weather this is needed!

Room for improvement
25 February 2023

I've owned a pair of these for 6 months and as time goes, the more flaws I discover.Initially I was impressed by the quality of sound, and to this day, I do enjoy the options to "hear through" or "noise cancelling" however, these do not work well for phone calls at all and you're better off using speaker phone. I have found that if you carry the case in your pocket the audio will cut/skip from time to time (but more often than I'd like) and if you open the case without intentions of using them (fidgeting) it'll connect to your phone and will not disconnect unless you turn off your Bluetooth.Over the last month, I've noticed the battery charge has become a problem; either the app will tell me the earbuds are low battery and in need of a recharge despite just being ...Ā MoreI've owned a pair of these for 6 months and as time goes, the more flaws I discover.Initially I was impressed by the quality of sound, and to this day, I do enjoy the options to "hear through" or "noise cancelling" however, these do not work well for phone calls at all and you're better off using speaker phone. These are GREAT.

These earbuds are GREAT so far! They were recommended to me by a coworker who swears by Jabra since they’re also a hearing aid company. I needed new earbuds so I thought I’d give them a try and man did they exceed my expectations already. The app gave me a hearing test just like I was at the audiologist, but to make sure my earbuds had the right audio settings to give me the best listening experience. The noise cancellation is so effective it gets uncomfortable if I don’t have anything playing and I have to turn it off. šŸ˜‚ That’s not a con of the product though- it’s just my preference due to sensory stuff. Anyway, it helps SO much to have these when things get too loud and I just want to chill and listen to music, OR I want to be able to have a phone call and ...Ā MoreThese earbuds are GREAT so far! The audio is clear and the noise cancellation drowns out, like, 99% of the background noise. I’m happy with it.

VERY UNRELIABLE - otherwise goodish

Had a pair of Jabra Elite T65, while big and slipper, VERY reliable. Always paired, always worked, never had pairing or connection issue, never had one bud work and the other not work, causing me to need to hard factory reset the device and pair it again. This was not my experience with these headphones (Elite 7 Active). All of the above happen to these ones and its infuriating, randomly needing to spend 5-10 min here and there messing around, trying to put them back in the case and reset the wake and pair they do... then needing to hold both for 15 sec to hard reset it, then re-pair with phone.THAT SUCKS and ruins all other benefits these have.Otherwise - sound is goodcase is like a bar of soap again tho, especially when trying to open it, and not always clear ...Ā MoreHad a pair of Jabra Elite T65, while big and slipper, VERY reliable.
