As bluetooth earbuds, these are decent. I owned them for a number of years and used them for all of my runs (including multiple marathons).Personally, I found that when I was running either in summer (sometimes spring and autumn too) or for long distances where I got quite sweaty, one of the earbuds would almost always slip out whilst running. Of course this happens to lots of earbuds, but the difficulty with these ones is that they take a non-sweaty ear and hand to put back in again as they need to be hooked into your ear which was almost impossible to achieve once out running. Given I used these whilst out running, I would put on a playlist and not usually need to change it whilst I was out so the buttons weren't really an issue, but could be if you like to constantly switch songs.
