Been using this for years and I never go anywhere without it! I used to have the monthly hormonal acne, which included cystic acne too sometimes (a nightmare!), but ever since I started using this around five years ago, I probably only get the one small little acne once or twice a year. Some years I get none! It’s that good y’all! I never have to worry about acne again, and it also helps with my all around oiliness. This product is a life saver to my face and to my happiness!

This is my new favorite acne treatment. Being someone who breaks out often it’s important to have some good spot treatment options. I’ll typically use this as a spot treatment on pimples that are large in size, but sometimes I’ll even use it all over my face. It isn’t drying, but it actually does shrink the blemishes. Amazing

I have dealt with acne since my teen years and sadly did not fully grow out of it into my adult years. I’ve tried a variety of washes and topical treatments, as well as an oral medication. I switched to this cream about 4 months ago and use it with skin medica aha/bha face wash and WOW the results are amazing. Did take about 2 months total to get used to. Had some drying initially and purge effect but now my face is routinely spotless, my dark spots and acne scars are faded, and my skin is so bright and fresh! Love, love, love!!!

Clear Skin

I struggle with adult acne as single large cysts that appear occasionally but leave hyperpigmentation. I use this with the bioclear cream and anti-aging duo on rotation. My acne has become non-existent. I put a night moisturizer on over this to prevent over-drying.

Doesn’t dry out skin

My acne prone son has been using Jan Marini benzoyl peroxide wash and treatment for several years. He is a competitive collegiate swimmer who spends many hours per day in the pool. These products are the only things we’ve found to keep his face clear and not overly dry out his skin.

Great product! I use it

Great product! I use it in my daytime routine to help keep breakouts at bay. I also use duality at night(instead of this product) and the combination in daily use does not irritate my skin.

It works!

I’ve used extra strength Proactiv products for about 15 years but they recently discontinued the extra strength line. I purchased this product in the last month and it works as well if not better! I will continue to buy Jan Marini products.

Staple Product!

I’ve had acne since being a teen and I’m now 39 and still have it. I struggled for years finding the correct products that worked for my oily skin. Benzoyl Peroxide seemed to do the trick but the 2% wasn’t strong enough to get rid of it all. I tried the 5% and VOILÀ got rid of it all! I use it twice a day and have for years. Just be sure to really moisturize your skin properly as it can dry you out. Jan Marini, please don’t stop carrying this product because hardly anyone carries the 5%. Thanks for making such an awesome product!

Very Helpful

This product has been very helpful for my adult acne. I get single large cysts usually on my cheeks occasionally, but they leave dark spots that never seem to fade. Using this product mixed into my night moisturizer a couple time per week has made these occurrences few and far between. It is also gentle, never burns or dries out my skin.

great replacement

I bought this as a replacement for the Kate Sommerville Antibac lotion. I was in a pinch and didn't have time to make it to Sephora before a trip so I ordered this based on other reviews and the ingredients seemed similar. I have been using it for a month and so far my skin is loving it! (I should say I don't get a ton of breakouts so I really just put on my chin for small bumps.) It does not dry out my face and my skin wakes up clearer than when I went to sleep. I'd recommend it!
