My whole life, I have taken folic acid supplements because of a chronic condition.In order to meet my daily intake recommendation, I must find the most efficient way to do so. I enjoy the small and easy-to-swallow capsule size of Jarrow Formulas's Methyl folate. Taking it continuously for three days has made a difference to me.In contrast, the traditional form of folate took seven days to improve my condition. Compared to the older generations of its kind, this formula is more effective. As a result, I have continued to use this product for one year and still enjoy it. I appreciate the option of either 400 mcg or 1000 mcg. I switched to 400 mcg because my multivitamin already contained some amount folate in it. Overall this product is awesome!

Been using for a couple years now. Found out I have the MTHFR gene mutation and need it. Felt like I came alive once I started taking it. Energy, mental clarity. I had to start small and slowly increase due to adrenal fatigue so I didn’t over tax my system. Divided a capsule into 4 100 mcg doses twice a day and slowly increased every week. Stayed there until I was able to handle 200 mcg twice a day etc. Along with methyl b12 and P5P b6. I’ve noticed significant improvement. Will keep purchasing. Will prob switch to 1000mcg on next order since I’m taking that much now with these (2.5 capsules).
I was advised to take these to keep my vitamin levels right for helping my autoimmune thyroid condition- hashimotos- I'm vegan so these are perfect.I'm not great at swallowing big tablets but these are small and go down easily, with no nasty taste or smell.The only gripe I have is that the container they're in is stuffed with cotton wool, to keep them from rattling around in transit I guess? but once removed it's a bit of a shock to realise they're in a bigger bottle for the amount and size of them. However, 60 tabs at one a day means they last me and I think they're reasonably priced. I'm happy with them, they work, so they've become a regular purchase of mine.
