This stuff is good for A LOT of stuff as its the most powerful antioxidant known no man kind within the human body. It is also essential for liver health. Oxidative stress causes many problems so get some of this if you want to be extra healthy. Anyone and everyone can take this, (as longs as your an adult*) Ingredients are legit.

I am genetically a low producer of glutathione. I have read it's the most important antioxidant and detoxifier in the body. This arrived in the mail today and I was so happy. I have been trying to try an S-Acetyl glutathione formulation. I took this last night and I slept so well. I decided to take this at night because it makes me kind of sleepy in the daytime just like the Jarrow Formulas glutathione reduced. I hope I will like this. Some doctors said S-acetyl glutathione is more stable in the bloodstream. I hope this won’t give me pimples too. I hope it won’t mess up with my menstrual cycle. I like it that there are no other ingredients here. I think Jarrow Formulas produce good quality of glutathione supplements. Let’s see how this one works!
After seeing the results of my bloodwork I made a decision to buy this form of glutathione. I researched online which one is fast absorbed by the body and it shows that this form of glutathione is the best so I bought this. After a week of taking this I've noticed that my medium tanned skin glowed or became brighter. I was thinking that maybe it must be doing wonders to my liver hence the skin brightening/glowing effect. I'm going to continue to buy this for good health. The effect kicked in overnight: easier to concentrate, less brain fog, and more sustained energy throughout the day. Not bad quality glutathione, better than others i tried on this site. Helps fighting inflammation, supports detoxification and strengthens the body. The bottle is enough for month or so. The composition is almost allergen free. The pill coating is vegetarian. Helped me a lot with my detox programme. Would buy again.
Tried both from Jarrows.If you are like me wondering the effects of each one, read on.This product has helped soften skin and reduce inflammation. My skin is so soft now. it's been 3 weeks only. I just take 1 tab on an empty stomach along with UC2 collagen for my knees. I've not taken other supplements so i attribute the improvement to this and NOW's UC2 (read my review on it)when taking Jarrow's reduced L-gluthathione the other time, I noticed results pretty quickly. Like in a week? And i hadnt taken it on an empty stomach unlike this one. See my review on the reduced L-gluthathione for pics on before n after.I haven’t noticed the whitening effect for this yet.
