It's been 3 weeks since I bought the JBL Endurance Run 2 Wireless, I'm really satisfied overall, the price, the listening quality, the ease of getting started, everything is really good. Upon unpacking, we discover beautiful headphones which at first glance seem to be of good manufacture and quality. They come with 3 different sized tips to fit the ears. Getting started is simple with a press of the main button. My phone directly recognized and accepted the pairing. From the first music, the sound quality is really good, the bass is present and the support in the ears is good. I tested the headphones in both positions because you can reverse the direction in the ear. I find that the sound reproduction is better with the headphones wire up. First of all I am fan on great headphones and I had many in my life and I have tested pros and cons of them. I personally enjoy JBL products what I have bought before. I had some of the cheap JBL headphones and I have JBL CLUB 700BT heaphones and JBL Extreme 2 for what I am in really high opinion. So I though I would buy JBL Tour One as they claim to be best headphones out there from JBL.Well I was so disappointed even after a 2 week of use.1. In my opinion price do not reflects the features what they offers as JBL Club 700BT is by 100 euros cheaper but are on 100% better except that they do not have noise-cancelation.2. Bass sucks compared to JBL Club, even when Bass equalizer was set.3. Buttons are really bad designed. Touch button on the side is always pressed even without hands touching it, when I tried to sleep with them. For example blanket or pillow lightly touching it pause songs or plays next... in app there is no option to turn that button off or when headphones are set on silent mode so the buttons are disabled except turn off button...4. First time tried active noise cancelation and honestly speaking I do not see much difference from passive noise cancelation. There are moments where I can see that noise cancelation is pretty handy, but those situations are rare.5. when I taking headphones off, I noticed that button what switched between noise-cancelation/ambient-aware/off modes time at times are pressed because the placements is inconvenient and it is really sensitive.6. If automatic noise-cancelation is turned on and when taking headphones off they turn off noise-cancelation is great feature, then there was time when I had turned my head on the side to take a look under table and that turned off noise-cancelation automatically what makes that annoying beeping sound, and then again that sounds when they turns off. So disturbing... :(I personally believe they would be best headphones if the bass would be increased, and there would be more control in app over the headphones, like disabling buttons at all or at least when sleeping. Although Cushions are really soft what I really like, and also that ears are completely isolated in headphones is quite nice. But overall I am sorry guys but could not give more stars than 2.

I had the Endurance Run 1 Wired headphones for 5 years. 5 years!! To have a pair of headphones lasting that long with active DAILY use is insane. There were periods when I was younger I used to go through a new pair of headphones every 3 months. To last 5 years is testament to the build quality of the Endurance Run series. Was shopping recently and saw the new and improved JBL Endurance Run 2's on the shelf and had to get them. The bass and audio quality are excellent and better than my Endurance 1's, and a phenomenal price-point at $35 for what you get. I work in IT and love tech but have never been too much into brand loyalty, as I'm constantly switching up my tech brands. I have used these headphones many times during sports sessions, both at home and outside. I do long distance running and cycling (home trainer). These headphones have been with me for many, many hours and I can say that they are of very good quality. The depth of the bass is interesting and the battery life seems to keep its promises over many hours of training. I've sweated a lot and also run in the rain: these headphones are well water resistant. No problems there. The connection with the phone is good and fast. I did not have any problems with disconnection to the bluetooth during sports. However, I have encountered difficulties related to the shape of these headphones. I've sweated a lot and also run in the rain: these headphones are well water resistant. No problems there. The connection with the phone is good and fast. I did not have any problems with disconnection to the bluetooth during sports. However, I have encountered difficulties related to the shape of these headphones. First of all, they are not really wireless because the two earphones are connected with a wire that can be felt behind the neck, which can generate discomfort after several hours. Also, there is a rather large and heavy part that allows you to adjust the volume, pause the music or skip to the next song. This part destabilises the headphones when doing sports and makes them fall out quite regularly. I think that this is the big weak point of this product: the stability is not there when the sports practice becomes intense (running in particular). To sum up, I think that the product is of good quality in terms of sound, is resistant to humidity, has a battery that keeps its promises, but that it is not suitable for intense sports (violent accelerations) because it is much too unstable and can generate discomfort in the neck.
I have been using wired earphones for active activities for years on various device from portable CD players to cassette players to MP3 players. I ended up going with ear buds with over the ear straps for many years with the JVC HAEB75B being my favorites for combination of sound and staying on ears/comfort. I read some reviews on the original endurance run a couple of years ago and picked up a pair on a boxing day sale. I tried them and really liked them. The sound is great, the fit is great. I also found they they a great job of blocking out external sounds - I had two bad accidents and have post concussion syndrome. So they became my go to ear buds. Because of my accidents, my activity now is much less - I use them mostly for walking - in the I used ear buds for running several times per week. This pair of endurance run ear buds lasted a few years. However, this year when I replaced them with Endurance Run 2 ear buds the first pair died within a few days. I have already lost two pairs. The first pair failed within 30 days - left ear sound was going on and off and was getting worse. The store replaced them. However, the second pair they gave me January have already failed within 5 months - this time the right ear. I was walking along with a phone in my pocket and over the timeframe of about 30 seconds the right ear bud started crackling and going on and off and then just completely died. There was no force on the cable at all. The same issue as another review I just read from Matt32xxxxx. For something called "endurance run" you would expect a little higher quality of wiring/connections to withstand a little movement!

The recharge is very fast with the cable-c (10 min of recharge give 1 hour of listening).I recommend this earphone, stay in ears, very good autonomy, fast charge, waterproof IPX 5, clear sound.
First time purchasing JBL products. Seriously what is all the hype about JBL? These simple have pure base but not much else! Very poor quality sound unable to tune with equaliser on or off on iPhone pro max. I’m surprised at the lack of definition and clarity with over the top bass .With lower frequency sounds these earbuds over do it too the max and tune ability is very limited to over come this problem. I Don’t recommend this product for the true music enthusiasts as the sound is questionable to say the least!I’m my opinion would say you can definitely get way betterSound quality in similar priced earbuds so beware of JBL headphones there my about hype than natural sound .
Had this product for a while (couple of months) now and had no issues with it. They're really great to use while running and just good earbuds in general. The magnets might not seem like a selling point, but when you've just finished a run, they can just connect together around your neck. This just allows you to always have them ready to turn on/off with ease without you having to whip it out of your pocket. Sound is also pretty solid and these work like really great earbuds for those who do and don't run. I don't get why people complain about the battery tho, I never had any problems with battery life or charging.
I have been using these on a nearly daily basis for about a week now. I use them at work for over 6 hours a day and let me tell you this is where one of the greatest design choices is so helpful. I use them at work for over 6 hours a day and let me tell you this is where one of the greatest design choices is so helpful. These are COMFORTABLE! They are incredibly light and grip just perfectly that they almost seem to disappear. I am so glad this was a major focus of the headphone as it doesn't matter if a headphone has the greatest features greatest sound quality if they dont fit right no one will use them.On to the next great positive of this headphone is the noise cancelling along with the talk thru and ambient aware. All these features have been greatly improved over previous models. Peoples voices come in so naturally that it is hard to tell you are wearing headphones. Also the noise cancelling removes a great amount of noise to really give you a quiet listening experience. Even though these are greatly improved I do still feel as if there is room for improvement. One area is the talk thru, when you are having a normal conversation the person you are talking to sounds great but you do hear yourself in mumbled mess. Also the closer a sound is the more it sounds like you are hearing it from underwater or through a pillow. now on the ambient aware I have noticed that sounds like fans, or moving air in general seem to be over exaggerated giving you almost super like hearing for those sounds almost drowning out any other sounds the headphones pick up. Last thing on this is that I wish I could set what the default active noise cancelling choice is on startup. Currently it defaults to actual noise cancellation. However I want it to be off as I work in a fairly quiet place and would rather prefer the battery life over the noise cancellation.Lastly we come to the sound and this is where these headphones need lots of work sadly. I listened for many hours and the whole time I was feeling like the headphones sounded quite muffled and lacking in detail. Also the bass was not as pronounced as on most JBL audio equipment. Also these headphones are lacking in power and do not get too loud. I love the typical JBL sound and these headphones do not really have that sound. I tried to play around with the EQ settings and I got it better but again the bass never had quite a presence, none of that thud you normally get from JBL. Also the detail was never able to be found, that is until I plugged them into my amp. After doing this I got all the power I have ever wanted and I retrieved all the detail I needed, the bass was still a bit lacking but still much better than over wireless. When seeing that the drivers were indeed capable of the sound I expect I started to dig in the bluetooth settings and I found something interesting. These headphones only support the SBC and AAC codecs. These codecs are very lossy and do not reproduce a great sound. I am surprised that with a headphone of such high caliber we do not see AptX or even Ldac quite disappointing. In conclusion these are decent pair of headphones that have great tech and are extremely comfortable. For these ideals alone they are worth looking at, however if you are looking for all out sound quality I say try them wired or look for something that supports higher quality bluetooth codecs.
Customer support was an awful experience.Used for approximately 30 times before the silicon bud kept coming off in my ear when I would take out the ear buds. It was only the left ear.
