I have not had a good experience with (2) JLab products, as a result, I do not recommend their products.I purchased the 1st set (Go Air Sport) at Walmart. The right-side earbud stopped working 45 min into a workout on the 2nd use. I needed to reset to factory settings with the charger case to get the faulty earbud to work again.Next workout, same issue: right-side earbud stopped working. This happened a 3rd time, however, the earbud would not reset.I contacted JLab customer service; they were prompt to answer me and offer help. After a few emails back and forth I was issued a credit for the original purchase price that was only redeemable on the JLab site. The same model I had purchased at Walmart was not available on the site so I got another model and paid ... MoreI have not had a good experience with (2) JLab products, as a result, I do not recommend their products.I purchased the 1st set (Go Air Sport) at Walmart. After a few emails back and forth I was issued a credit for the original purchase price that was only redeemable on the JLab site. The same model I had purchased at Walmart was not available on the site so I got another model and paid an additional $10 (I'm in for $40 now).Much to my dismay, the LEFT-SIDE failed on the first use after ~45 min. In addition to not producing sound in the left earbud, the right-side would continually advance the songs in my playlist after 12-18sec. The only way to stop this was to shut off Bluetooth on my device.I went through the factory reset process again (4th time between 2 sets in 5 uses combined). The reset seemed to work, but the earbuds failed again next workout: left-side no sound, right-side advancing songs. At this point I became frustrated enough to request a refund and walk away from this brand.I contacted customer service, requesting a full refund ($40). Customer service explained that the warranty does not cover refunds unless purchased from the website. He went on to explain, because the 2nd set is from a credit, the original Walmart receipt is what they will go by. Therefore, no refund, only a credit. They promptly issued a credit after providing proof I destroyed the earbuds (pictures of the charger cord severed from the case %26 the earbuds submerged in water). The credit issued was for $70 and I do appreciate the attempt at correcting my experience. However, (2) sets with 97% failure out-of-the-box is not a product I want to own or deal with the frustration of poor craftmanship. I intend to use the credit for accessories or something, but not earbuds.I would recommend you look for another brand, avoid JLab. If you are intent on buying this brand, I suggest buying from the JLab website so you can get your money back when the device fails.

Very disappointed with a very reasonably priced product for it's intended use. I guess you get what you pay for.Out the box, they paired easily with my Garmin Forerunner 645 Music. However once paired, there was no sound even though the music was being played. I unpaired the 2 devices and reset the earbuds as per instructions. I was able to pair again successfully with sound this time - it was only a test so I put them back in their case and turned them off. When I removed them after this, they would not pair again with my Garmin Forerunner 645 Music - even though the Garmin Forerunner 645 Music could see them. Google led me to a post about trying this step multiple times and eventually they will pair - so back in the case and turn off, remove from case and turn ... MoreVery disappointed with a very reasonably priced product for it's intended use. On the 3rd or 4th attempt they paired without issue. Weird! This has not happened again. HOWEVER this is not the worst of it.The WORST part and DEAL BREAKER is - every run with my Garmin Forerunner 645 Music they drop out every 20 - 30 seconds. Constantly and without fail. Usually when I turn my head or swing the arm with the Garmin Forerunner 645 Music (as you do when you run). If I hold my arm with the Garmin Forerunner 645 Music in front of my body and don't move it there is no issue. So I cannot use these for their intended purpose of running with - so much for a "Sport" model.Interestingly, I have had multiple cheap Chinese earbuds (less then $20) and I have never NEVER had any connection issues or drop outs like with this model. So to recap - real connection issues and unable to use while running do to the constant drop outs.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve owned two pairs of these for over a year. I keep a pair in my office for lunchtime runs and workouts and a second pair in my car for impromptu runs as well. They work well enough considering the price. No they won’t sound like Beats Fit Pros (the best sports specific earbuds imho). However at 1/6ᵗʰ the price you simply cannot expect that level of quality. The ear hooks work well in keeping them in place, better than my Beats Fit Pro. I enjoy that I don’t have to constantly adjust them similar to my Beats Powerbeats Pros. The bright Volt color makes them easy to locate. Thoughtful engineering is evident from case’s the built-in charging cable. Also when you place them on the voice prompt states it’s connected and the charge level as well. Where I deduct a star is in regards to connectivity. It’s not too often that one side will loose connectivity and cut out or a bit of static. It usually reconnects and rectifies itself not long afterwards. On slower paced recovery runs and warmup sets this isn’t much of a challenge as the intensity are pretty low. It’s during work sets or faster paced intervals and tempo runs where it distracts focus from your pace and movement pattern that is most annoying. Still for $30 I can’t judge them too harshly. Highly recommended for a secondary backup pair to your more expensive sports buds.

Regular earbuds fall out of my ears easily while on walks in my neighbor so I received my first pair of Jlabs Sport as a gift for the 2023 holidays and I loved them. I was able to use them with ease. They connected early to my phone, wrapped around my ears without giving me a headache, and I could use each earbud separately. I like how long their charge last and the design and durability of the case. I lost one ear bud a few months after getting them and was able to use and charge the other earbud normally. I ended up getting 2 more pairs a few weeks ago when they were on sale. The price is the best for the quality. I ended up getting 2 more pairs a few weeks ago when they were on sale. The price is the best for the quality. I've purchased a few earbuds around the same price range and end up being of very poor quality and the earbuds could not be used individually, and the range of connectivity was nowhere near this. I still have to learn the tapping features on the earbuds themselves bc I've only been able to lower the volume and pause my music. But it's not a big deal if I don't get the hang of it. I highly recommend them; for the price you won't be disappointed. They're good for a backup pair as well. I can't leave my house without them. They are not noise-cancelling, and I can hear everything going on around me but talking to people on the phone and hearing them or getting on my zone with my music is no issue. I did notice that on one of the pairs (yellow-lime), one of the earbuds disconnects if I have my phone on the opposite backpocket, but it's only momentarily, and with the experience I've had with other brands, I'll look or hear the other way if I have to.
I really wanted to like these as I could no longer get my sports headphones of choice (some JBL's with a neck band- ideal for jogging and they fitted my ears) so took a punt and went for these. I've hacked these by attaching a sunglass cord to connect so they don't fall on the floor.I must have funny shaped ears as even with the biggest buds they dislodge easily just walking, creating a tinny sound and the really annoying thing is when pushing them back in, the track skips forward or backwards to the next track. Or sometimes it pauses. Or sometimes it makes a random phone call which is very alarming. Or sometimes it increases the volume. Also, when adjusting the volume I have to tap them quite hard which is not good for my ear canals I'm sure. They can only be ... MoreI really wanted to like these as I could no longer get my sports headphones of choice (some JBL's with a neck band- ideal for jogging and they fitted my ears) so took a punt and went for these. But if you don't use them for a few hours they disconnect, so if you are out and about not using them (say at work or on an appointment) without the charger you're up the creek. The sound quality when they're properly inserted is pretty good though, the two stars are for that really. I'll probably only use them when sitting around the house rather than risk wearing them for sports or activity. However, despite this negative review they may be perfect for your ears
Granted, the shape of my ears makes it challenging to find in-ear headphones that fit properly, but I was hopeful about these JLab Sport earbuds because they have the clip that goes behind your ears, which is supposed to help them fit more securely. However, unlike some other brands of wireless earbuds on the market, these JLab earbuds don’t have rubber tips of different sizes that can be changed to fit ear canals of different sizes/shapes; and the one size rubber tip (large) was too big to fit comfortably in my ears. Plus, the angle of the actual earbuds is not adjustable, so I couldn’t adjust them to fit snugly in my ears. Although the ear clips prevented the earbuds from falling out, they ended up sitting outside of my ear canals. As a result, I couldn’t hear any bass because the part of the earbuds that the bass comes from was outside of my ear canal; and the volume sounded low even on the highest setting. The only way I could hear any bass or louder volume was to manually press the earbuds into my ears, and I obviously can’t keep my hands in this position for long periods of time. The sound quality is so poor that I definitely can’t use these earbuds to listen to music. And I can’t really use them to listen to anything else for longer than about 10-15 minutes because then they become uncomfortable and painful to wear. These are among the lowest priced in-ear Bluetooth headphones available at Target, so I guess you get what you pay for. Grade: D

At their price point, the Go Air Sport earbuds perform incredibly well, delivering clear and well-balanced sound quality. While they might not compete directly with high-end models, they deliver a satisfying audio experience for casual listeners, fitness enthusiasts, and even audio book aficionados.A key advantage of the Go Air Sport is their design and comfort. They're lightweight, compact, and ergonomically designed to stay secure during sports or strenuous workouts. The included ear tips of various sizes ensure a comfortable and snug fit for different ear shapes and sizes. The battery life is another notable aspect. The Go Air Sport earbuds offer a lengthy playtime, ensuring the music keeps going during extended workouts or commutes. The charging case is compact and charges via an integrated USB cable, eliminating the need for an extra cord, a smart touch that adds to convenience.Connectivity-wise, these earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0, providing a stable and reliable connection with a good range. They also offer touch controls for easy operation, and the dual connect feature allows you to use either earbud independently, adding versatility. On the downside, the sound isolation is decent but not exceptional, so they may not be the best choice for noise-heavy environments. The bass could also be a bit stronger, especially for those who favor bass-heavy music genres. Finally, while the integrated USB charging is a neat idea, it might be inconvenient if you prefer using a charging adapter, as it requires a USB port to charge.Overall, the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds are a commendable option for those seeking affordable, comfortable, and reliable earbuds. They are perfect for casual listeners, fitness enthusiasts, or those who need a durable pair of earbuds for everyday use. Despite a few minor shortcomings, these earbuds provide a strong performance that more than justifies their cost.
I could not move around as freely as needed with wired earbuds. And they did not come up with any cases for protection. As a result, I purchased these new graphite color JLAB GO Air Sport wireless Bluetooth earbuds to address my needs and preferences. And I have been fulfilled. Though they are products of great value, they occasionally disclose connectivity issues which can be rapidly taken care of. However, I loved them more when I took the time to thoroughly read their “Quick Start Guide” literature found in the packaging. This helped me gain a deeper understanding of the features and benefits. It was quite enlightening.1) Features: True Wireless Earbuds are designed with connectivity and modern technology features. This helped me gain a deeper understanding of the features and benefits. It was quite enlightening.1) Features: True Wireless Earbuds are designed with connectivity and modern technology features. They come with numerous color-matching cases with integrated charging cables that light up in solid blue color when they are fully charged or blink blue when they are charging. Besides, they withstand sweat and dirt and I define them as waterproof. Both earbuds pair up and connect to my phone when I take them out of the box and securely stay in place when hooked around my both ears. They, on the other hand, disconnect and start charging as I placed them back in the box.2) Benefits: I hook them to both ears on the go while driving, walking, running, or working out in the gym. Due to a total of 34+ hours of extra playtime and a petit size, the slender case goes anywhere I go with a hand-free connection. Plus, I get great quality sound music, listen to audiobooks for personal development, and frequently handle phone calls. However, they offer three equalizer sound modes: JLAB Signature amplifies sound and bass, Balanced sends even sound to the right and left earbud and Bass Boost mode intensifies the bass and subbass. I was delighted when I tried the “Be aware mode.” It is a feature that can save life when used correctly at the right time and in the right circumstances. I highly recommend these JLAB GO Air Sport earbuds to anybody who loves freedom, better sound quality, video conferencing, and fun. They come with a two-year warranty plan.
First of all, these sound pretty good for the price. No complaints about that. Battery life, as far as I’ve been allowed to find out, has been solid. Maybe not quite what it said on the box, but surely more than enough for most users. JBL has scarcely let me down in sound quality and battery life before, so that’s not a surprise. But what JBL has failed at before, and continues to fail at here, is build and design quality. But I’m not so much talking about the earbuds themselves. (I’ll be clear, I’ve worn much more comfortable ones, but they at least do largely stay in/on my ear.) I’m talking about the charging case. This thing is a lemon. And I don’t mean the shape, and I definitely don’t mean the juice, because this thing doesn’t seem to output any. This thing is a lemon. And I don’t mean the shape, and I definitely don’t mean the juice, because this thing doesn’t seem to output any. Despite taking the best care I possibly can of this case and these earbuds, after just three full charges, they simply refuse to charge. I can leave the case plugged in all night, and if the earbuds are not in it, the case still doesn’t charge, and if the earbuds are in it, the headphones don’t charge. I’ve tried every configuration I can think of, there is no arrangement in which each part will charge at once, or even where any part will charge.I have multiple theories on why this is happening. One is that the earbuds are so rigid that they simply don’t properly fit into the case in a way that they will stay overnight. (It doesn’t help that the case has a 1” charging cord (we will get back to this) that means I have to leave it hanging from my phone’s wall charger.) That or they simply don’t align with the contacts in the case to prompt charging. I have a video recording of the earbuds being as settled into the case as possible, and one blinking one way, and the other blinking entirely differently, like it’s trying to sync with a device. It would certainly explain it not charging overnight. My other main theory is that the USB charger is absolutely useless. I don’t remember when this happened, but the case didn’t blink red while it was charging the earbuds when I first got them. It does now, likely because the case itself likely never charged in the first place, and just had enough stored in the box that I got several full charges of my earbuds before it ran out. I added pictures to show the abomination that is the USB charger port on the case. I assume that odd shape means that thing will never stay in a USB wall charger no matter what I do. I tried messing with it for half an hour the other day, trying to see if it would stick, at any angle, and… no. It just dangles and swings, clearly dislodged from the charger. Removing the wall charger itself from the wall sees the case fall out of the wall charger just as fast. I’ve gotten the feeling that it needs to be plugged into very specific, likely PC, USB ports to actually work, which is rather inconvenient.
Why do we even need to buy AirPods anymore? I’m past the age and mindset of needing to impress people with my material goods, and to be honest that’s all that AirPods are good for: letting people know that you could. I had a pair, and although they sound good, it’s nothing special. I would always, and I mean ALWAYS have connection issues IN THE MIDDLE OF A CALL OR SONG, and I had an IPhone!!!After a while, they stopped working completely, right after the warranty went out, so instead of buying, I’m sorry, WASTING MY HARD EARNED CASHOLA on another pair, I went searching. Went to Best Buy and purchased some JBL buds, and although I liked the sound quality, they fit TERRIBLY in my abnormally small ears (would constantly fall out). Went to Best Buy and purchased some JBL buds, and although I liked the sound quality, they fit TERRIBLY in my abnormally small ears (would constantly fall out). So I returned them and searched again through the store, and found these beauties! These JLab buds are perfect for getting great sound quality with music, and perfect sound quality with my phone calls as well. And guess what? They cost me $30, not $200 like some other money-stealing brands that don’t even work well with their own sister products (I’m looking at you Apple)!Overall, please, do yourself a favor and BUY THESE HEADPHONES! I liked them so much I went and got a pair for my wife and she loves them as well, we will NEVER buy an Air Pod or overpriced ear bud! 10/10 will buy again and again!
