Throughout the months i’m always on the search for the perfect upcoming season scent, and the Jo Malone’s English Pear and Sweet Pear is exactly what i’m looking for! This scent is a very light floral scent that reminds me of walking through a garden during spring. It’s definitely long lasting but doesn’t have an overpowering smell that can sometimes be too strong for anyone who’s sensitive to certain scents. I’ve received many compliments already wearing it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a perfect fresh and delicate floral scent.

Long-lasting which is something I look for in a perfume. It’s the perfect perfume for someone looking for something floral with a fruity hint to it, that’s where the pear comes in and it’s just a light touch. Certainly a sophisticated smell that is going to be great to wear around the office.

I'll start this off by saying that this is definitely a unique scent. Unfortunately, it's just not for me. I was expecting a slightly sweeter, more delicate fragrance going by its description, but I just didn't get that. I can't quite pinpoint exactly what it smells like but I can say it's not very pleasant and far too strong. In fact just one spray was enough to fill an entire room for a very long time, which would be great if the scent would've been nicer. I'm not sure if maybe they were going for something a little more unisex so they couldn't quite figure out which way to lean but this mixture doesn't seem to be a good fit for a cologne.
It's a really pretty, fresh, feminine scent that's ideal for day time wear. I award it three stars for this.Unfortunately it doesn't project well and it doesn't last long on the skin.I'm not a fan of fragrance combining. It's a marketing gimmick and it shouldn't be necessary to combine one fragrance with another, but if that's your thing then I think this will pair well with Rose & Magnolia. Other scents will just overwhelm it.I do like English Pear & Sweet Pea but I don't love it and when I've finished my 30ml bottle I won't be repurchasing it. I have other Jo Malone scents which I prefer to this one.
Beautiful sweet perfume initially that I absolutely love but I did notice the scent doesn’t linger as long as some of the other Jo Malone fragrances. I have given such a poor star rating because Myer sent this perfume un boxed and I was shocked. When ever I have purchased Jo Malone either in store or online it always comes beautiful boxed and ribboned. I contacted Myer on 4 different occasions via chat & phone and no one cared. I wanted to give the perfume as a gift but how can I do that when it was so poorly presented just a bottle nothing else. I hope Myer understands this is a problem and fixes it because all my attempts to get them to understand was a failure.

WAS NOT EXPECTING TO LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! This perfume literally makes me feel so fresh and clean and feminine. This was my first Jo Malone perfume and the scent is like no other, it’s so fresh but not like soap, more like a refreshing drink on a spring day in a garden. I fell in love with this scent right away, it’s so perfect for everyday and lasted me a few hours when I used only one tiny spritz so I imagine it’ll last even longer when I use a few more. I’ll definitely need to add a bigger bottle to my collection because I know it’ll be a favorite of mine for a long time.
