JOBST Sport Knee High 15-20 mmHg / Large / Pink

Referring to last review of AMBITION SOFTFIT grey socks, the color description for these sport socks is also incorrect as the only 'BLACK' is a thin boundary line between two greys - light and darker.... essentially a "two-tone" grey.Being a JOBST product, they are effective, well made and comfortable!

By far the best for sensitive toes

After trying several other (name brand) compression socks, I keep returning to these. What makes them the best for me:Good fit (some socks seem to be designed more for only men as the feet are often too big)Superior toe seams - completely flat and non-irritatingGood moisture wicking.I have super sensitive toes and can't tolerate the feel of any toe seams at all. I also can't tolerate toe beds that are too large, with extra fabric bunching up at the toes. These are the only socks with absolutely flat, no-feel toe seams and perfect fit in all areas. They are also very durable if you care for them properly. (I machine wash them in cool or lukewarm water and air dry them; heat is what kills elastic/compression. They air dry very fast.) Great sport sock

I use the AW travel socks daily at work, but prefer these for other activities like hiking, biking - anything while wearing shorts. I find these fit well, are easy to put on, are comfortable, and look great. My AW travel socks wear very well and last a long time. These are pricey, so am hoping these will also last a long time.

Needed: Longer socks for taller men!

The replacement XL socks for my husband are okay, but they still seem shorter than a pair we bought several years ago. Maybe they will stretch out and not roll down like the others. I hope so. George is 6' 2" and wears a 10 1/2 shoe. The socks don't come up over his calves far enough that they tend to roll back down during wearing.

Support without looking nerdy!

I was finding that my ankles and calves were swelling up when I went on power walks. My doctor recommended support hose but I felt I wasn’t old enough to start wearing that “old lady” stuff! I searched on line for some cool looking support knee highs to walk in, and found the Jobst Sport Socks. They are not only extremely supportive and keep my swelling down, they look cool and are literally cool while walking! I love these socks for my sports activities and will be purchasing more since I will also use them while playing on my softball team. Terribly Tight - Choose a Different Style

Super tight to the point of being almost impossible to put on. I’m limber and strong, but the fit is so tight, with so little stretch that they’re worthless to me. Yes, I bought the right size and they’re marked as the size I ordered. I own several pairs of Jobst knee high compression socks and love them.While the Sport variety sounded great, they proved to be a waste of money because I’ll never wear them again. The band around the mid foot made my feet ache for days after the few hours I wore them. Avoid my disappointment and stick with more mainstream Jobst knee highs.

The Best Ever

FINALLY I've found the best fit, nice style and comfort. I've been though so many different companies, styles and so on. These fit and felt comfortable from the moment I put them on. What is especially nice is the wide soft band at the top. On all other stocks this area was always extra tight and caused cutting and rolling into my skin. I also need thigh highs and wish Jobst would make their thigh highs in these nice designs, colors and softness.

The fit remains good but

The fit remains good but there has been a change in the composition of the material that the stocking is made from. It is not as thick and a bit less soft. I remain satisfied with Jobst Sport as a good alternative for the cooler seasons.

These socks may be life changing for me.

These compression socks have enabled me to manage my lipedema symptoms very well. They have increased my mobility. Thank you!

Very good compression and comfortable sock. Expensive, but good quality. Other lessor price alternatives are available.
