The multifunctional double-sided Cut & Carve Plus board is designed for cutting vegetables, fruit, bread and meat. Its slightly bent surface makes juices flow down the rim, so that you can later pour them back to your dish or discard them. The insets on one of the working surfaces make cutting raw and roasted meat much easier. Itspolypropylene material helps to keep the board clean and it is dishwasher-safe. Cut & Carve Plus features additional rubber elements that prevent skidding on the work top and ensure a more secure grip. Insets are now better designed than in the previous Cut & Carve model and hold all of your chopped ingredients in place more reliably.
