Works well, but it's pretty easy to get something like this to work well. I was curious about Joseph Joseph and I've tried quite a few of their products, but even though they claim to be a design focused company they have some pretty mediocre stuff and I'm not planning to buy from them ever again.

I’ve been looking for a non metal masher for such a long time as my boys bought me good non stick pans last Christmas and I don’t want to destroy them. As I have arthritis I needed this type masher it is so easy to use and such good quality as all Joseph Joseph stuff is I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family

I’m 68 years old I’ve had numerous mashers over the years and I can honestly say yours is the best design I’ve ever used. It’s very comfortable to hold it mashes beautifully and easily it leaves very little potato on it once finished, it truly is a great design, well done 👏
