Unfortunately, the product was poorly packaged and arrived damaged.I took photos of the packaging and the damage to the ironing board and sent these pictures to customer services. Very disappointingly I have not had a reply from customer services. This product was very expensive and I would have expected it to be packaged appropriately so that it didn’t arrive damaged.

It arrived broken, partly made of plastic and didn't feel solid. Costumer service was very bad, no reply for weeks and real struggle to return this item. I was really surprised how difficult they made it for costumers.

Ironing board arrived broken so tried calling Customer service - waste of time. Cannot telephone as apparently lines are down. Sent an email Monday 06Nov and still no reply received. Disgusting.
We have previously purchased from Joseph Joseph and alway been happy. We shopped around for an ironing board and bought this on 5th November 2023. We received it a couple of days later. Its now 24th November and we've only used it a few times. We've been very careful as it was an expensive ironing board. We liked the size and the iron rest was perfect for our steam generating iron. However something has happened to the leg mechanism and the board now sits at a downward angle and does not closed fully. Not what we had expected from Joseph Joseph, or any ironing board this exoensive. Also disappointed with automated email reply implying if we try to email again we will be sent to the back of the queue! Very well made and so easy to use. The pull out tray is great if you have a steam generator iron. Having the hanging hook supplied is a great idea
I received this ironing board and the handle was broken. I emailed customer service straight away. It’s now been a week and I’ve had no reply. It’s very frustrating as email is the only way to contact them and it states do not email again as you will go to the bottom of the list. My next stage is to go to my credit card company.
I have received a broken ironing board. The yellow handle was broken off. I emailed Joseph Joseph on Nov 22, 2023 but still have not received a response. I'm still waiting for a respond.
