JSHealth Skin + Digestion - 60 Tablets

I started these vitamins in December and it’s now May. So this means I’m on my 6th month of taking it. I experienced purging on the 4th week of taking it which is normal. However, I still experience bad hormonal cystic acne. That purging is gone but my hormonal acne is still present. I would say the only thing this supplement has helped with is healing time of wounds, it’s much quicker. I wish I was one of the girlies that noticed a difference within the first two months but sadly my acne is just too much. I think I may still take them to maintain healthy gut health. I am very sad this did not work for me. It didn’t improve or make my acne worse but it could help you, so don’t knock it till you try it. Or whatever that saying is.

I really love JSHealth and its products. It's unfortunate that I had to stop taking the skin + digestion supplements due to high levels of Zinc. I was taking two pills a day (around 30 mg of Zinc), along with the hair + libido pills, which also have Zinc in them. I started breaking out in weird places and after doing some research I found that taking too much Zinc can actually cause your body to overproduce sebum, which in turn can cause acne.This product obviously works for many people, but I wanted to write this review because I think it's important to be aware of how much of certain ingredients you can be taking when you stack different vitamins. Buy this product if it's the only thing you'll be taking, but beware of how it will interact with other vitamins in your routine.

These pills helped my stomach so much! I have been able to eat foods I never could before. My skin is still not perfect, but this was only my first bottle. I am looking forward to buying another bottle and seeing if that helps! My bloating hasn’t been as bad either, but I am interested in trying to bloating pills too along with these ones! My energy has been way higher than usual! My digestion has been great and it has really helped my gut.
