One of the best oil filters you can buy retail. Combined with a good synthetic oil it should get you maximum benefit from synthetic engine oils. Have used these in a number of my cars and trucks over the years. Worth the few extra dollars you pay for these. My local Cdn Tire seems to keep a stock of these as well.

I bought this for a 2017 Highlander XLE V6, I noticed right away after removing the old oil filter that this one was having issues slipping into the cartridge holder. The glue that holds the filter seemed to overlap quite a bit and I had to force it on... seemed sketchy. I'll try fram extra guards next time.

Ordering these from K&N was a great experience. I was able to order two filters to help compensate the shipping. Shipping was the same for two as it was for one filter. Overall, I got these filters faster and cheaper than ordering a single filter from my local auto parts store.
Love the drain back preventer as it helps with the issue of ticking on cold start, also love the nut modded top. Easy for removal. Plus the k&N logo is widely respected.
Great construction quality and really like the hex nut built into the bottom. Makes changing (when in a tight location) much easier than using an oil filter wrench.
The K&N oil filters are great filters, however they aren't the best. The media inside is second to mobil 1 or royal purple. Along with the insane price of these filters, I won't be using these anymore. The funny thing is that they are all made by the same lab, just cheaper materials in the K&N. Many others preach Amsoil, I personally prefer royal purple with my experience and research.
A little pricey, purchased this filter when Mobil 1 filter was out of stock. Prefer Mobil 1 filters. This one has a convenient nut on the base of the filter for easy removal. This is what your paying extra for.
Improved oil pressure over many kms where phram, acdelco etc would have diminishing oil pressure over time.Easy to remove with the welded nut. K&N seems to have quality products!
If you want a happy engine, use this one. The best when combined with synthetic oil. Much economical than putting the cheap one at half price then changing every 5k km. This oil filter can last 2 oil changes and engine still at its best performance.
