We bought the pressure washer several months ago, used first time yesterday to wash our patio and driveway. The fitting for the hose was put together incorrectly by the factory and leaked badly. Once we got that solved and reassembled correctly, the 11" surface cleaner worked wonderfully for about an hour and then the plastic tube that spins the nozzles cracked and the accessory was useless. Finished the job with the turbo nozzle which works fine but takes soooo much longer. The pressure washer is great so far (having only used it once, hope it lasts longer than the surface cleaner accessory did). Unfortunately for us it is well beyond the 90-day warranty period for that part but seems Karcher could replace it for everyone whose broke on the first use. Sorry to see we can't even get the replacement part as it shows Out of Stock but maybe they are all bad anyway so not worth the cost to replace it?

I used my surface cleaner for the first time today. After 15 minutes of cleaning a 10' x 6' cement patio it stopped working. The plastic tube that spins the two nozzles cracked. The water gushes out of the fracture and there is not have enough water pressure to spin the nozzles. It is also very very short. I continually bent over using this cleaner. It definitely needs better build quality and the tube needs to be copper. Very disappointed.

Budget priced head, but clogs easily if sediment enters the water line. Need to pull apart the nozzle and clear it out. Overall works well. If youre looking to do a big job, spend the extra on a better model.
