The Protone Icon takes its design from KASK's winning Protone helmet and has improved it in every possible way. The redesigned inner shell provides the wearer with increased safety. Seamless technology joins the lower and upper shell for a refined, sleek look and improved aerodynamics. The new OCTOFIT+ fit system optimizes helmet comfort and stability, while a vertical stabilizer at the nape of the neck provides ergonomic support for the neck, while offering greater balance and a personalized fit. Its larger, special rubberized adjustment dial increases finger grip, and a reflective piece on the back helps to further increase the helmet wearer's safety. The inner liner is made of CoolMax fabric which, in addition to being comfortable and quick-drying, is removable and washable. As is standard for all KASK helmets, the Protone Icon is designed in accordance with the KASK WG11 protocol, an objective and scientific approach to measuring helmet performance in rotational impacts.
