Iāve tried almost the entire line of #kayali fragrances, which is the line of scents from Huda Kattanās (of Huda Beauty) sister Mona. It is based off the middle eastern tradition of scents, and you can definitely smell the inspiration. There is always something that misses the mark for me personally with Kayali, they are nice but they never cross over to signature scent or convince me to buy the full size. I always feel like they are doing just a note or two too much, and it goes from a potentially sophisticated fragrance to one that smells jumbled up. I feel the same way about this scent - it is doing way too much. I like the idea of a cherry note in this, but it is a bit too sharp for me. Therefore, this is a solid āļøāļøāļø. If you donāt have too much experience with middle eastern perfumes, this is a nice introduction that you can pick up at Sephora. I would recommend always getting the travel sized first, and this is not a safe blind buy.

This was a blind purchase, and it is absolute perfection! 20/10! It smells SO similar to that ridiculously expensive perfume that we all know of, the only difference is Lovefest smells better! When I tell you it is everything I hoped for and so much more. The sweet tartness of the cherry mixed with the warm praline, Palo Santo and patchouli is intoxicating. It starts off with the sour cherry, then the warm praline and PS hit, and the dry down is truly something special. The spicy patchouli with the sweetness and warmth of the cherry and PS blend together to create the most delicious gourmand warm, cherry sour sweetness that I could have ever imagined! This is my third full size Kayali scent and the brand just continues to surprise me. This is everything I hoped it ...Ā MoreThis was a blind purchase, and it is absolute perfection! 20/10! The ONLY thong, and I won't say con because I actually like that it's not too overbearing and loud, is that you will have to buy the travel spray and reapply, it doesn't last as long as TF but I will happily purchase this over and over at $135 for 100 ml.

Itās almost unavoidable to compare any cherry perfume to Lost Cherry. I have to say I actually blind bought lovefest burning cherry after falling in love with Lost Cherry (not the price tag) and also seeing the recommendation from Jus De Rose. To me, this perfume is in no way replacing my need for Lost Cherry but it is a good standalone perfume if you love a cherry note in your perfumes! While Lost Cherry is a much more decadent and creamy gourmand cherry almond mixture, it actually took me three tries to go from hating the fake cherry smell to completely falling in love with it. Lovefest, on the other hand, is much easier to wear for its fruity-woody character. On skin the sour cherry note is very prominent for the 5-10 minutes and then the scent becomes more woody (palo santo mixed with heliotrope). However, the cherry note does linger on my clothes and hair for longer though pretty subtle. I would say this perfume is a very versatile one in terms of occasion and layering but donāt expect it to be an accurate Lost Cherry dupe.
Ok, so I've done all my tests on this fragrance Lovefest Burning cherry and here's what i discovered: The opening is very strong.. but it won't punch you in face. Pretty bearable. So in the opening you'll sniff decent bergamot (citrusy scent) blended with dat burnt, smoked cherry (tart/cake cherries) the burnt cherry smell is very prominent at the opening but dries down in a minute or two. You're also going to get very light n mild hints of jasmine and praline (candy) in the 3rd 4th sniff. So coming to its dry down, it starts to smell a lot like incenses and very smoky, woody & slightly musky. Now here you do get strong whips of patchouli nicely blended with tonfa beans scent which makes it smell really really sweet and delicious? with the hints of spicy notes. Then as time passes and it keeps drying down it becomes more warm n woody but the sweetness of praline, cherry, berry along with bergamot stays till the end! Now remember you guys this partum does take time to grow on your skin. Let it take it's own time n see the warmth n depth it carries! It will give your personality a mysterious sort of vibes! However, it's solely a winter, party night, date night n wedding night sort of a scent! In the day you might find it to be less refreshing but yes you can layer it up as per choice n it'll work just fine. Overall: It's deliciously sweet & spicy, seductive as well as elegant. Girls below 23/24 may not like it as it's a very mature n rich n deep scent. Dries down really woody n musky but smells more like frankincense in an expensive way. It does smell like an attar but not cheap at all. Very seducing and feminine. It's unique too. It doesn't lasts long on your skin thou ? up to 4 to 5 hours only but Mann! ? It literally stays soo soo well on your clothes!! Like for first 2-3 days you will definitely get those airy whips from your clothes after dat it starts fading. It was a great purchase I loved it
I bought a 50mL because it was a blind buy, but I now regret not buying a full-size. I love fruity, floral or sweet perfumes. Kayali as a brand always intrigued me, but the sad thing is they don't have real samples in Sephora where I live for me to get my nose on so I always have to take my chances with blind buys.Anyways, this perfume is beautiful. I don't own anything with a cherry note, so I was unsure whether I would like it. In the initial spray, I detect cherry, a little sour but still sweet dark cherry (like amarena). It's woodsy, and a bit incensy to my nose. An interesting thing about Kayali perfume is that it's not easy for me to smell it when I spray it on myself, but when I go outside with the wind blowing, it gets quite intense. An interesting thing about Kayali perfume is that it's not easy for me to smell it when I spray it on myself, but when I go outside with the wind blowing, it gets quite intense. For example, upon receiving my perfume, I tested right away, and I only smelled a soft scent which it seemed to dissipate within 10 min. However, when I went out on a cold -10 degrees Celsius day to take my dogs out, the scent which I thought became nothing suddenly started to swirl around me intensely. Very interesting experience. This was also the case with Vanilla 28 when I bought it last year. So I can't really speak for its longevity or for its silage but it's a very addictive scent that I am willing to buy a full size once I run out.

Today is my birthday and my daughter bought me the 100 ml as a birthday gift. Blind purchase. This is my third full size Kayali. I wore it out the other day for the first time and my whole closet and dress smells like I just sprayed it five minutes ago and it's been over a week since I wore it. I definitely overdid it and I learned that Vanilla Royale needs literally one, MAYBE two sprays to last sooooo long! However Lovefest is definitely one of my top two favorites now from Kayali and I hope they NEVER discontinue this scent!!
I blind bought this perfume as recommended by some reviews on Youtube for cherry fragrances.Scent:Nice juicy and succulent cherry opening, but this note can turn a bit metallic or medicinal depending on the environment I am in. this isn't really my typical kind of scent, but i decided to give it a whiff during my last perfume-spritzing excursion to Sephora, and was unexpectedly delighted. having been disappointed by another cherry perfume (tart deco by snif) in past, i was expecting this to come out like cough syrup, but it actually smells like... well... burning cherries? it's smoky and fruity and actually not that sweet smelling, and although i couldn't give less of a heck about smelling ~designer~, i couldn't really smell a difference between this and the TF cherry perfume when i compared them in-store. i'm still getting acquainted with this scent, but i really like it layered with a true patchouli scent (dirty hippie by rootedearth on etsy is absolute perfection). the combo of grounded ...Ā Morethis isn't really my typical kind of scent, but i decided to give it a whiff during my last perfume-spritzing excursion to Sephora, and was unexpectedly delighted. having been disappointed by another cherry perfume (tart deco by snif) in past, i was expecting this to come out like cough syrup, but it actually smells like... well... burning cherries? it's smoky and fruity and actually not that sweet smelling, and although i couldn't give less of a heck about smelling ~designer~, i couldn't really smell a difference between this and the TF cherry perfume when i compared them in-store. i'm still getting acquainted with this scent, but i really like it layered with a true patchouli scent (dirty hippie by rootedearth on etsy is absolute perfection). the combo of grounded earthiness and saucy cherry has an almost intoxicating effect - sexy and carnal but in a mature, self-confident, and almost subtle kinda way. it's also not overpowering on the skin, and has a rather intimate silage, which is a plus for me, but if you prefer your fragrances to break down the door ahead of you before you even enter a room, this might not be for you. overall, i'd recommend you give it a sniff! whether you want something more 'feminine' or more 'masculine,' this can be easily incorporated into your fragrance wardrobe.
