Love these crispy brown buggers! They are fave cereal for me. I know there's hidden sugars somewhere but it is nice to have a bowl of breakfast that I don't have to tip the bag of granulated sugar over. Surprisingly, even the kids love this cereal with a bit of fruits and nuts. Very filling and delicious! Could eat it all day, not only for breakfast!! Just brilliant.

Incredibly tasty and satisfying. I always have them for breakfast and I always have Kelloggs if at all possible. They blend the bran in a way that makes it feel more gentle in the mouth than other brands. If I can't have them for breakfast then my day is a less good day.

I've been eating this cereal all month and I've really enjoyed it. Prior to trying it, I always thought it would taste bland but I have been pleasantly surprised. I really enjoy the crunchiness and it tastes great with some cold milk. The fibre content also keeps me full to lunch which is ideal.

Bran Flakes is the way forward they offer so much and you can even have them on slimming world as one of your healthy extras.I find they help so much with going to the toilet as they are super high in fibre better then a tin of beans.I love the taste, the texture and I love that the milk don’t make them soggy as quick as other cereals.The box also seems to last as you don’t overeat on them and they make you fill full quicker and longer.
I find Bran Flakes a great versatile cereal you can eat on its own, with milk, fruit, sugar, sweeteners, nuts and seeds. You can use them in cooking and baking too. They have a nice crispy crunch and are pleasant on the palate. If you like a traditional bran flavour then this is a great choice. The are dark in colour but very similar to corn flakes. I like to eat them on their own as a snack. I find if they’re left too low in a bowl of milk they become soggy and can stick to the roof of your mouth which isn’t pleasant. They have a high amount of fibre and micronutrients but are quite high in sugar which is a shame as added vitamin me and minerals is something I look for but sugar I’m trying to reduce. Never having tried Bran Flakes, on recommendation from my friend I thought I would give them a go.I had been looking for something which was a bit more natural and less sugar and healthy.I am surprised by how nice these are, crunchy with a slightly sweet nutty note.These are so nice with sliced banana.Also crunched over fresh fruit salad is nice for some texture
Been trying the Kellogg's Bran Flakes for the past two weeks and I'm really impressed with the results I've got so far.This cereal is packed full with vitamins,mineral and high in fibre to maintain a healthy gut.It has been really gentle on mine,so helpful with digestion and made it very easy each time when I needed to go.It taste great and is so versatile.Every morning I loved adding different fruits to it,with cold milk and sometimes with yogurt.I feel super good and healthy from the inside and the outside of my body with this amazing cereal.Without hesitation I would gladly continue eating it.Highly recommended to others.
This product is exceptional! Healthy and filling and good value. I do not buy any other cereal.It is versatile as it can be sprinkles with favourite fruits or drizzled with anything you wish.BUT dont change it or alter in any way.To me its perfect
