Kellogg’s All Bran Buds Cereal 4 x 500g Boxes Canadian

I got this as a free coupon from my doctor. And when I tried it I found it really good for bloating and constipation. Really good stuff. It's full of fiber and psyllium husk. My doctor suggested to take it 3 to 4 times per week with yogurt. I find it a bit on the expensive side though and also has sugar I am looking for same kind of stuff which would be less in value and has no sugar in it would be good for me as I am watching my weight. But for some need quick effective stuff for bloating and constipation this is really good.

12 Grams of SUGAR in 1/2 Cup - Not Healthy

Went to use this All Bran cereal this morning, thinking, maybe the buds will not get soggy as quick, and saw the amount of sugar per 1/2 cup serving. And that's sugar sugar, not fruit. Won't be buying this again and will go back to the more expensive bran cereal with only 4 grams of sugar per 1 cup.

91 year old husband cranky without his Bran Buds

First and foremost, is the Walmart price. If I purchase this elsewhere, it costs up to $2.00 or more per box. And since my 91 year old husband eats this for breakfast every single morning for the past 35 years since it is best bran source and keeps him regular. And when he's regular, the day is a happy day. It's the only cereal that really works and your online price is a huge savings! Also, my little grandkids love to eat grandpa's cereal as a munchy, crunchy snack treat.

Very high in fiber. Excellent for managing digestive system. Recommended by a lot of nutritionists for the management of blood sugar. Tastes great with a banana. Excellent laxative.

Great Cereal And A Great Source To Buy It!

I have been eating Kellogg's All Bran Buds for breakfast for several years as per the high recommendations of two colon specialists in two different cities. The local grocery chain that I usually shop at decided not to carry it anymore. Since the main reason I eat this cereal is essentially medicinal, I had to find another source. I found several sources on Amazon, but the prices were outrageous! Fortunately, Walmart carries it online. The price is similar to what you would pay in the grocery store and the freight was free for orders of $35 or more! Thanks, Walmart!

A little exercise is fine, but a lot of walking, like being a mailman and climbing stairs is not advisable with eating this.The only downside to this is, they should cut back on the sugar and add cinnamon instead.
