Superb machine and so quick. I make my own breadcrumbs to make fish fingers and chicken nuggets (so much cheaper and it uses up stale bread, I make gluten free in my house as my daughter is celiac ) It arrived safely, well packaged but I did not receive the lemon squeeze so I emailed Kenwood who kindly sent me one! I am going to buy from Kenwood the liquidiser for £22 from Kenwood as I think it will be useful for soups and puree items. Its very easy to use and yes it has one control but that enough, you are in control and do not have to faff with dials etc. The suckers on the base are very strong and hold the machine in place so no movement when using the machine. I have found no negatives yet and its been used three times now and is about to make sponges, ... MoreSuperb machine and so quick. I would therefore give the machine it 5 stars :) TBH its a bargain and its Kenwood a name we love and trust!!

Cheap, flimsy plastic food processor. Very disappointed. I have an older version FP108 which lasted for over 10 years and worked beautifully, until the lid closure piece broke off and there is no replacement part. Bought this new one and you can see the difference in thickness of plastic. Only £39, but I think I will take it back anyway as I can see that using it will annoy me! Blade is shorter so will not mix as well.

Pros: Much better than the previous model. The plastic feels as though it needs to be treated with care but for the price this is an excellent product. Previous model lasted 20 years!

Bought one before was faulty because the lid couldn’t lock properly. This new batch has corrected the issue. One star is taken as don’t know the durability yet, but overall recommend

I bought this item to replace a Multichef food processor that had burned out after 40 years of use! I wanted a simple to use processor that didn't have too many blade attachments and was easy to clean and store. This product satisfies both these requirements. I have made cakes and scones and used the grater blade and have been pleased with it's performance to date. The 1.4 litre bowl just about makes an 8oz mixture cake so if you are looking to batch bake you may need to look at products with bigger dimensions.
Ease of use and size for small kitchen. Comes with many useful accessories. Also I am able to buy replacement parts. Kenwood mixer has always been my 1st choice.
Like the size of this little machine that fits for my use, but the container can’t go fully to reach the line on the power body, then the line on the lid can’t match it up, when you turn the machine on, it operates less than a minute then it stops. I don’t think I will hold the lid by hand to make it stays while the machine is on, it shouldn’t work like that, sadly have to return.
Frustatingly, after 20 years of use, the power switch on our previous Kewood mixer detroirated beyond. The range of features of this model make it a very similar spec replacment and seems to have a much more durable swithc (actually a dial) so hoping this one lasts a couple of decades.
