I’ve tried Kevala’s Organic Sesame Tahini, and it’s a winner! The flavor is rich, nutty, and not too bitter. Plus, it’s organic—no added oil or artificial ingredients. Fresh, tastes like fresh sesame seeds - never rancid. Packaged in glass jar not plastic. Ingredient is pure sesame seeds. Nice size for several uses. I make my own hummus to dip veggies in and this is perfect for it. My fave is Sundried tomato hummus. Plain hummus is also great on my homemade gluten free sundried tomato crackers. Yum 😋
This tahini is has a lovely sesame flavor and not bitter as some tahinis are. It has a wonderfully smooth texture that spoons and spreads easily as there is very little separation. I especially like that I don't have to store the jar upside down to keep the bottom portion for becoming stuck. I keep the jar in the refrigerator as the label suggests and it's still spreadable. It's organic and of very high quality. It's the best!
