I was feeling low in energy and morale after a stressful time and felt that I needed some extra support or I'd end up getting sick. The first Ki tablet I took kicked in about 1-2 hours after I took it and I felt a physical 'lift' which also affected my emotional state. This really surprised me but I haven't looked back since. I did find that, in my case, taking a second tablet in the afternoon kept me perky well into the wee hours so I'd recommend taking your last tablet, if you decide to take two, before lunchtime. I only take one and I find this works fine for me.

This product does the job that it was intended to. Being wholly natural it is safe to take with other medications. by needing to take a heap of meds my immunity is compromised but this product solves that issue.
I was suffering from a terrible virus and bacterial infection i just couldn't shake. After being on antibiotics and feeling so run down i started taking this to try and give me a boost. It does seem to have aided in my recovery. Might be beneficial to take in times of stress to help alleviate pressure on the immune system. I would use again.
Absolutely brilliant product for those with immune systems that need a boost. My hubby went thru Chemo and Radiotherapy 4 years ago and his immune system is shot. He has been taking these every winter, normally has flu for about 3 or 4 weeks, this year its been 3 days. Highly recommend this product.

I was really hopeful of this product. After reading all the amazing reviews I thought it would help. Unfortunately it hasn't helped me at all. Perhaps this is because I was already sick when I started taking it, however I thought 3 1/2 weeks of taking the tablets might help somewhat. Possibly it has better use as a preventative measure. I won't be buying this product again.
My third order for these supplements - I believe they have both prevented me catching some bugs circulating around my workplace/home and have shortened my recovery time when I have caught something. I also feel my general health and energy levels improve when I take these. I take them in the morning on an empty stomach. If I take them at night I find it hard to fall asleep.
