Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Cream 75ml/2.5oz

I bought this product excited as I read very good reviews. Also, I needed hydration for my whole eye, eyelids and all. Bought it February 28, 2023 but will have to return it today March 20, 2023. I have eczema and allergic skin. No breakouts on face, but will react. This goes on silky smooth, is light and absorbs fairly quickly. The issue...it burns and makes me tear. Used once a day every other day and the burning and tearing have gotten worse each day. I hoped maybe my skin would adapt, no such luck. Allergic and sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend. If you're not sensitive/allergic I would highly recommend. Sad this isn't working for me :(

The Customer Service replies are horrible! Explain the new product so people understand! This refirmukayed product is excellent. Eliminated parabens & silicone additives adding mushroom ingredient which is the cream color. The new formulation is actually better moisturizing & after knowing about the wonderful benefits of this miracle additive the smell grows on you. I was avid user before reformulation AND NOW! I worked at Kiehls & can attest to the benefits of this product. Any issues with this cleaner product reflects the need your skin is giving off for adding a retinoid serum or a boosting Vitamin C serum. #LoveYourSkin #EducationIsPower

Correct your incorrecaables!

Buyer beware! This multi corrective cream contains pure witchcraft. Whatever it does overnight, just know that you’ll awake looking less like a dried up prune. I even wear it during the day & under make up. It’s Rockefeller rich but super lightweight & sinks in to your skin like butter to a pancake. I have noticed fine lines diminish over time too! I know! It sounds like some back alley alchemy but it’s not. It’s true. Buy this if you’re looking for a long-term moisturizing love affair. Not a sordid quickie. Cause this is quality allllll the way people. Especially if you’re *ahem* in the forties tick a box *ahem…cough, cough.*

New formula has a horrible smell!

I have used this product for the past seven years, and it was literally a staple in my skincare routine. I recently purchased a new one because I was running out, and the smell horrified me! The previous formula had a very fresh, calming, almost lavender-like scent to it. This new formula doesn’t have a scent, it has a smell! It smells plasticky, and a bit rancid (makes you question whether it is expired). I did go to one of their stores today to ask if I had received a bad batch, and the sales rep did clarify that the formula has changed to include chaga mushrooms that gives it that very pungent odor. Apparently, all the faithful users of the previous formula have come inquiring the same thing about the changed smell. Noticeable results, burning goes away

I’m generally a Kiehl’s fan of most products, and I think this one is one of the best. I’ve been using it about a week and definitely feel that my skin is smoother and I think the fine line are going away, too (although perhaps it’s wishful thinking!)I had tried it previously and liked it. This time around it definitely burned the first couple times I put it on. I was a bit perplexed because I didn’t have issues before and thought maybe it was because my skin was dry. Not sure, but the third and subsequent times have not burned. Maybe your skin needs to get used to it? Not a problem any more and I plan to continue to use it.

Pimples, Whiteheads, Acne

I'd been using the Kiehl's Ultra Facial cream with spf 30--with good results. But I decided to give this a try-. I did not use it immediately, and after a while, started to use it (for one to 2 weeks). My forehead and cheeks, as well as part of my chin--has HUGE pimples and whiteheads! I usually do NOT have issues with acne. Using this cream is the only one single variable I changed in my skin care regimen. Kiehl's does not have a return policy--especially after buying it and waiting so long to try it, I can no longer return or exchange it for something else. My entire face is pimply from this cream So so so horrible and awful. I have stopped using it. And gone back to my other Kiehl's cream. I'll wait for a week or two--and trust my pimples will go away. Rash from SPF

I’m a long time customer and usually use this moisturizer without SPF but recently went for facial and they told me I should use during day so I ordered for first time. With that it has a very strong smell which didn’t bother me but I did break out with a rash all over my face and neck that has never happened before so was definitely from the SPF. So be aware when trying this out for the first time. Kiehl’s was great though I called them and told them what happened and they immediately refunded my money. I will continue using all my Kiehl’s products I absolutely love but not this one unfortunately. Thank you to Kiehl’s customer service for making this bad experience a decent one in the end. My face cleared up within after not using this product thankfully.

Rich and luxurious.

I love this cream because it's thick yet absorbs into the skin instantly when applied. I use it after my spot corrective serum which i adore. I can feel after a week my skin feels more hydrated and subtle and 'plump' to touch. Like it's got it's elasticity back. The reason for a 4 star and not 5 is only because it lacks the SPF sunscreen feature in it. If it had SPF, it will be the perfect day cream on top of anti aging and rejuvenating funtion. All in all, i recommend it to anyone wanting a cream that will add to your beauty ritual as my skin really does feel healthier and i have people commenting that i have a certain glow after just 1 week of usage. Hence i stock up 3 jars!! Definitely worth the price in my jonest opinion.

The only kiehl’s product that’s a big disappointme

I have been using Kiehl’s since last 6 years. I have tried almost all of their ranges.. Their Vitamin c is my so far best range.. And their midnight recovery is being used by every single person in my family..But this time i decided to give try to their Multi Corrective team. I have always trusted Kiehl whatever they claim about the products it exactly does the same , but i am highly disappointed with this product . It dint even serve the purpose of basic cream ,after few mins of application if you try to touch your face the product starts to roll off!! Yes i was surprised too how can cream rolls off when it is suppose to be absorbed into the skin and do magic. I am sad I could only use it for a week and its still still sitting on my vanity.
