Delightfully light given the warmth it affords. Only reservation is that contrary to its' advertised quality of a pocket design aimed to maintain an even distribution of feather and down filling throughout, I found the filling collecting at one end after only an hours use: It does require a frequent thorough shaking to redistribute filling evenly. Apart from that significant concern, I find the product very satisfactory, and better value than if I'd purchased it at a physical outlet. Regards dani

Unfortunately this blanket is not great. I had to stop using it because it's leaking so many feathers. They are everywhere throughout the house, in the bed and clothing. I've always used feather pillows and blankets and never had this problem before. Other than the feather situation the blanket itself is very comfortable and didn't get too hot in summer. Not sure about winter as I'd purchased another blanket by then.

Let's start with the good points. Great weight and warmth. I really like the feel of this quilt. But the downside is the down and feathers easily escape and regular vacuuming around the area is needed. Such a shame as it has such a great feel to it. But the mess it makes as time goes on is definitely a big downfall.

Absolutely love the doona and cover I bought. So very soft and comfortable. I was actually very surprised with the doona, as it's very light, but extremely warm. Will be buying more for my kids in the near future. Totally recommend. Super fast delivery.

The feathers CONSTANTLY prick me! They poke out of the blanket left and right and some of the quills are as thick as toothpicks. I don't know if it's because of the feather to down ratio, but it shouldn't be THIS bad. I've had a down quilts before with similar ratios and never ever experienced the same issues. I know it's a relatively cheap blanket, but I didn't think the ratio would matter that much.It's also incredibly loud by rustling a lot.The good things with this duvet is how warm it is. Me and my husband were sweating the first time we shared the blanket, and it has a good weight to it so it slicks around your body like a hug. This product was terrible. My house continuously looked like a duck slaughterhouse. We stopped using these quilts about 13 months ago and I still find the filling EVERYWHERE!!! And I do know that down and feathers will be lost over time. This was different - there was that much that I am surprised the quilts still have any density. Additionally, I read that this may happen from other reviewers, but it was only on a few reviews so I took the risk - NOT WORTH IT.

Effing awesome!!! So glad I bought this! I bought a queen size for $60-ish with free delivery…..Once it arrived we used it the very first night and then I jumped back onto MyDeal the next morning and bought another two!!!! One for the spare room and another for the in-laws. First queen sized quilt we have EVER owned that actually fits our expensive quilt covers properly! The queen size is proper 210cm x 210cm unlike some other so-called “queen sized” quilts which are closer to the size of a double. These quilts are so warm and cosy and not overly heavy. So happy we found these.

I'm extremely disappointed as I thought the other 2 Doonas were a gamble as I'd never had either fillings before but have had MANY FEATHER & DOWN DOONAS of a large variety from completely Down, 50/50 & 5% Down 95% Feather Doonas & have always been happy I've always been happy with them & I Doona I replaced a 5% Down & 95% Feather Doona I had on my bed for 5-6yrs & was warm, fluffy with a good shakeing mthly & washed in our washing machine & into our clothes Dryer & it was lush, plump, fluffy & warm & snuggly!! This Doona is NONE OF THE ABOVE & IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AS ITS THE 1 I WAS 100% IN MY MIND SURE IT WAS THE SAFEST BET & yes I could of easily have instead bought a better quality 50% Down ve Feather which I nearly invested in however being a single mum on a disability pension recovering from Bowel Cancer & needing to REPLACE ALL 3 of our BEDDING NEEDS Doonas, Pillows, sheets etc I've a tight budget however the other 2 similar price bracket (Ramesses Mulberry Silk Quilt & Royal Comfort Bamboo Quilt - Cheapest but light fluffy & warm etc LOVE BOTH of those 2) were EXACTLY AS DISCRIBED & am going to buy another 1 of each as spares if I'm unable to get a refund for this MINUTE AMOUNT OF EITHER Duck Feathers/Down Quilt as it's back in its bag again after 3-4 nights use, I'll donate it!!!!EXTREMELY UNH

Product very smellie

Product looks good however haven't been able to use yet due to terrible odour emitting from feathers. With Google Research it would appear this is due to feather's oil possibly not being dried properly before manufacture. After several days of airing online in sunshine and breeze the smell is almost gone. I did notify Briscoes but have had no response.
