Brilliant gadget

Brilliant kitchen gadget! The chopper attachment makes 'finely chopping' garlic and ginger much less likely to end up with a finger involved / and makes it much quicker too. Really like the adjustable speed which is really intuitive. Happily versatile and doesn't take up too much space in the cupboards, which is ideal for a small kitchen.

Will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends and family.Next! about my Kitchen Aid hand blender.It is brilliant so quiet compared to my previous one, plus I couldn't believe the speed of when I was blending the soup I made, was done in seconds, just perfect. I haven't used the other attachments yet but I'm sure they will give the same results. Even my Husband is using it which is a first!!!

The blender is really well made, as are the attachments that come with it, that it makes a great addition to the kitchen aresenal in the challenge of making reasonable food tasting great.The mini-processor is small yet big enough to replace a full sized food processor (all be it with 1 or 2 refills) in case space in the kitchen is limited, and it handily fits neatly into a draw/cupboard when clearing away when not required.The motor speed is easy to control such that when using the eggwhisk/blender attachments on liquids they don't end up flying/splashing all over the kitchen (unless you want them to!!).Although the device is on the expensive side of kitchen (optional) gadgets, the time and effort it saves in food preparation is well worth it.

It is strong and the blade seems good and chopping and blending. It also looks very good and doesn't fall over like the last one I bought.Altogether a superior model.

Least favourite of my kitchen aid appliances And I just recently bought 3. It doesn’t really blend and due to the silly shape most of the food gets stuck inside the blade or on top of the blender. Because it is quite squared it also scratched any bowl used included the one provided in the box. Unfortunately I have used it now and cannot return it but I would in a heartbit if I had the chance. The box is also very bulky to store and there is no other compact option to store it in the cupboard. Waste of money.

poor quality accessories

Wanted the Kitchen Aid hand blender for ages as love the brand and have several of their products. Cannot fault their quality and ease of use especially on the zillion attachments we have for our stand mixer; ice-cream maker/grinder etc. However, hand blender is disappointing. Works well, quiet and powerful, but the jug was scratched after one use. Impossible to clean by hand and goes cloudy in the dishwasher. Lid doesn't fit properly either. The wire whisk also arrived bent. Be careful when setting the blade down upright as it scratched our natural stone worktop, set down on it's side or always use the plastic guard. It's also quite heavy. Shame, don't recommend as too high maintenance.
