!! Beware left-handers !!Don't buy it if you are a left hander.BIIIG mistake on my part listening to someone swearing by KitchenAid & then me buying it online.Wish I hadn't ignored my gut instinct & got a Magimix, Breville Kitchen Wizz [my old Breville of 20 plus years had died] or Cuisinart instead!!They have the on/off & controls, the work bowl/handle alignment designed in a way so you can turn it left OR right as per one's SAFE 'working hand preference'!But this? The controls have to face backwards in order to use my left hand to position & hold the work bowl/jug with safety. To Right Handers - to understand my gripe --- try using your left hand ONLY to pour kettles/jugs/saucepans etc ... that is what we have to do every time a device or an appliance is ... More!! Something I've not had to think about with my previous Breville or very old second-hand Magimix I owned decades ago.It never even occurred to me to when I purchased it online probably because it has been over 30 years since I've had to 'handle' a non-for-left-hander processor! So the only way I can use it to both easily view controls AND use my left hand to lift/use work bowl/jug - is to sit it on my other island bench on a corner at an angle with the electrical over the edge [as per NOT recommended in safety manual - as that way I can move 90 degrees to see the controls & safely use my left hand. Whilst unsafely having the electric cord over the edge because KitchenAid's designers have no Theory of Mind where it comes to left-handed people. So nope, it's not an 'aid' whatsoever for me or any other left hander.

A must for every kitchen!

I have been using this flawless product for a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about it! It's compact design allows it to neatly be stored away on the benchtop as all components can fit within the main product itself. It comes in a variety of different colours to suit every kitchen type. Functionally, the food processor is able to perform all functions advertised including slicing, dicing and pureeing. It saves hours and hours of manual labour by doing the above functions in meer seconds! It is also very easy to wash with all components of the food processor able to be taken apart easily. Overall, if you are considering buying this product I would highly reccommend it!

I spent a long time considering the options that would suit our household . Plumped for 7 cup size . I love how it looks - it’s compact and the fact that it stores all the blades means I don’t have to look for them - ever !! It does a great job - Fast and simple to use . It’s smaller than I expected - and maybe should have sized up but having said that it does all I want it to for 3 of us in the house . If you want to do batch cooking - go bigger . Easy to wash , easy to set up - make sure you put the “pusher” in the funnel the right way -. It’s used every few days and light enough to be lifting in and out of a cupboard . It’s so pretty ( I got the cream one ) it could stand on the bench if you wanted . I definitely recommend !

Bit disappointing
26 April 2023

This was purchased to replace a very old, heavy and big Breville Kitchen Wiz. I already had a KitchenAid stand mixer which I absolutely love so went online and ordered the KitchenAid food processor without actually examining it in person. This KitchenAid food processor was much lighter than my old Wiz so was pleased with that and all of the attachments are stored with the appliance bowl, another plus. However, I found it quite noisy and the attachments were not of the same quality as my old food processor. All in all not as good as I’d hoped so quite disappointed but it will serve its purpose.

Easy to use, compact yet powerful

This Food processor is very easy to use, clean, compact yet powerful. We mainly use the processor to chop almonds in our household. We love the pulse function as I can control the fineness of the nuts. The processor is very easy to clean as well. Everything fits in the dishwasher and you can even store the parts back to the machine, without taking up much space in the benchtop. The shredder is also very convenient to make shredded cucumber and carrot for salads. We also like that the lid comes with a latch to prevent explosion when the machine is being turned on. The bowl just clicks onto the machine and there’s no need to twist, as I often find it difficult to twist the bowl out of the machine in other brands. Exceeded my expectations

Purchased 3 weeks ago and this light, yet powerful machine is one of my favourite KA appliances I own.Makes perfect coleslaw, and minces chicken and meatwithin seconds. The 4 blades ensures anything chopped is all even and no stopping and pushing your ingredients back down is required. Shreds carrots and cheese perfectly. Super easy to clean and store. Would highly to recommend anyone. So happy with my purchase ❤️

Looks gorgeous on my kitchen counter!
7 February 2023

I bought this food processor over the boxing day sales and have been making SO many delicious treats!! It feels ridiculously high quality (as a product, but also in how it functions). My old food processor wouldn't reach the items at the bottom of the bowl, which was so frustrating as it would mean inconsistent textures (so many lumps and bumps when I was trying to get smoothness and a good mix!). Although the KitchenAid 7 cup has had no issues with this whatsoever. I love it!

This little beauty replaced a larger Kenwood I had owned for quite a while.Although it has a smaller capacity I find I much prefer its size.I checked reviews of available processors online and Kitchenaid stood out.In terms of effectiveness of chopping, blending and grating it is excellent. While I am thrilled with the efficacy of the attachments, what has sealed the deal for me is the fact that they are all cached inside the bowl when they are not in use Perfect!!!! One of the reasons I replaced the Kenwood is that I couldn't find the grating/grinding attachments, lost over time. It was annoying hunting for them each time I needed them, even more annoying to find one day they were gone.I also really like the way the lid attaches to the bowl. And finally ... MoreThis little beauty replaced a larger Kenwood I had owned for quite a while.Although it has a smaller capacity I find I much prefer its size.I checked reviews of available processors online and Kitchenaid stood out.In terms of effectiveness of chopping, blending and grating it is excellent. While I am thrilled with the efficacy of the attachments, what has sealed the deal for me is the fact that they are all cached inside the bowl when they are not in use Perfect!!!! Super easy !

I’ve owned several other brand processors in my life. I’ve recently (12 months) gotten a kitchen aid mixer after 10 years of another brand, and having been happy with that transition, I decided to get a kitchenaid processor. I was shocked at how easy it is to put the bowl on, just click and away you go, add the adaptor and blade, slide the lid onto the hinge, click in place and you’re done. So easy! I’ve only used it a few times, to make biscuit crumbs for cheesecake and to shred cooked meat for my puppy. I initially tried shredding with the shredding disk but it was a bit inconsistent, probably not the right tool for cooked meat, so i switched to the normal metal blade and easy peasy, done in a flash. Looking forward to trying many more things with this processor. ... MoreI’ve owned several other brand processors in my life.
