KitchenAid Soft Touch Pizza Wheel - Black

This is the first pizza wheel cutter I own. I’ve always wanted to purchase one but either forget to buy one or just never really bothered to make it a point to buy one. Anyway, I used it for the first time today and it’s one of those things that make your life easier and you don’t even realize it until you have it! I actually did not use it to slice pizza, but I’m sure it will do a phenomenal job at that. I used it to slice the dough mixture I had made from scratch for noodles. It helped tremendously! We eat a lot of pizza in our household, so when I was gifted Kitchen Aide Pizza Wheel so I could give an honest review, I jumped at that chance. The first two things I noticed about this pizza cutter before even using it were the comfort of the silicon handle and that it was evenly balanced. The finger guard is a great feature, while not impeding the function of the product. I have used this cutter with thin and thick crust pizzas in addition to breakfast pizzas made with a biscuit crust. The cutter performed as it was designed to do so. A Wheel for Your Pizza!

Received this kitchen wheel for an honest review and found it to be very effective for slicing pizza. The wheel is sharp and it rolls smoothly across the pie. It also has a comfortable silicone handle allowing for easy use and no slip. Although delivered pizza is often sliced beforehand, this pizza wheel will allow you to cut half or other portion slices when you want a bit more but not a whole slice. Easy to clean in the dishwasher and it stores well in a drawer as it's just about 9 inches long.

Cutter has a Pizza My Heart

I love this cutter almost as much as I love pizza (and that's a LOT). This LARGE pizza cutter's circular blade measures approximately 3.5 inches. It feels very sturdy and solid in your hand; however, is very easy to use and not cumbersome. I like the way the wheel glides smoothly and doesn't wiggle or wobble. The black handle has a rubber texture that makes it easy to hold. It is easy to cut positioning your pointer finger or thumb on the blade guard. Either way is comfortable and will produce a good cut. More civilized people probably would use another tool for this, but let's be honest; no one is in the mood to wash any more dishes than they have to if they are cooking frozen pizza. Excellent Pizza Cutter That Creates Seamless Cuts

Very pleased with this pizza cutter. The blade was extremely sharp and the weight of the overall item cutter made for extreme ease and did not require a lot of pressure to be applied for the pizza to be cut all the way through. I absolutely love the texture of the handle as it made holding and gripping the cutter extremely easy. Every cook knows that sometimes our hands get greasy or oily during preparation, and the texture on the handle prevented any slipping while holding. The wheel itself is large and does not have any extra room or give at the bolt that doesn't allow for any jiggle or sway....smooth rolling every time! There is also an extra plastic lip that can be used IF extra pressure for cutting is needed. I also used this on an entire loaf of garlic bread ... MoreVery pleased with this pizza cutter. Great Pizza Wheel!

This was sent to me in exchange for a product review. The packaging was minimal which was good for waste but it was made of some sort of plastic material. I would have rather see a biodegradable package instead. There were no real instructions except that it was dishwasher safe along with a list of its features I don't have a problem with that as I like to think that everyone knows how to use a pizza wheel. The stainless steel blade was sharp and cut easily through varying types of crust with ease. The handle fits in your hand comfortably and the finger guard adds a layer of protection that most wheels i have seen don't. Cleaning was easy whether in the dishwasher or by hand. Great pizza wheel, but might need sharpening

I was provided this product for free in exchange for a fair review. Very solidly built pizza cutter. In comparison to the one I was using previously, it has a much larger handle with a nice rubberized grip, which definitely came in handy when cutting through some refrigerated leftover pizza crust. When shaking the cutter back and forth, the blade wobble is much less as well. It worked well enough on a quesadilla as well, but caused some contents to spill since it squished the tortilla instead of cutting through immediately. I took the time to sharpen the wheel with a cheap sharpener just out of curiosity, and it worked much better than I expected afterword, so that might be worth a shot if you like everything about it except the cutting proficiency. Great stainless steel pizza cutter

I was gifted this product so I could give an honest review. We've all been in the situation where we've needed a pizza cutter and didn't have one, and if you haven't found yourself in that situation than lucky you. Having a great pizza cutter in the house is crucial. I really loved this pizza cutter it did it's one and only job well. I didn't have any issues with cutting my pizza crusts of various thickness. It says it is dishwasher safe but I have opted to hand wash mine to avoid rust and I always hesitate putting anything stainless steel in the dishwasher. I think this is a great pizza cutter and I love how large it is and the finger guard which made cutting pizza fast and efficient.

The KitchenAid pizza wheel cuts easily through any pizza crust, is built well (NOT CHEAP), protects your cutting hand with a wide arc, and is easy to clean. Most pizza wheels I have purchased in the past are less sharp than this one and certainly lack the circumference. The sturdy handle allows you to cut through any pizza and not worry about slipping. I like the way the wheel glides and isn't shaky. It also has a nice spot for your index finger to go to guide your cut. I highly recommend this pizza wheel for anyone wanting a solid wheel at an affordable rate. The only negative comment I would have is the size of the wheel does make it slightly inconvenient for storage. I was gifted this product so I could give an honest review.

Works great, feels great.

I received this item for purpose of reviewing and am very happy with it. I already have a pizza wheel from good cook so I had something to compare it to. I like this one more. They cut the pizza equally as well but the feel of the kit hail is so much better. Its slightly more substantial feeling in my hand and I definitely like the grip on it better. It also has a rubber texture to the handle so its just more comfortable. It is also dishwasher safe which is a bonus!
