Looking for quite, powerful and non vented unit. We have now installed and working well. Not a quite as expecting but ok. Made a mistake on installation and it was not clear in the instructions and dimensions. The hood has two face panels, the narrower for venting the unit into the ceiling and the thicker one for recycling the air into the kitchen. We had our kitchen cabinets made to suit the narrow so now we have to get the doors cut down to accommodate the thicker front panel so we can recycle the air.

We have to use a 'non external ' vented rangehood because of our upper extension. Original hood, useless as it set of the smoke alarms, this 'kleenmaid' front vented appliance works a treat.

I'm really satisfied with this rangehood, which is much powerful and more efficient than the one I used before this one. Its exhaust capacity is 600cbm/hour, nearly double my old one. In fact, the old one still works, but since it's not powerful enough I would rather pay for a better rangehood, because I don't want keep listening to my wife's complaints. Now she's more happier than me with this new rangehood. In brief, this product is in high quality but the price is competitive. I hope it will be durable as well. I'm sure it will. Besides, it's very easy to install, then I don't have to pay for the installation. Its LED light also meets the needs of environmental-friendly customers. Good product! I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends.

I bought Kleenmaid RHSOR61 for our kitchen reno. I does what it promised in terms of sucking kitchen odour while cooking. However, the promise of decent noise level is not even close to the truth. It is very loud. Set to level 1 operation, the noise is at 69dB. While level 2, is at 73dB. It's really load that if the range hood is on while watching TV, we have to put the volume of the TV to almost max. 3 stars, but look for other alternative if considering range hoods.
Godd little hood for the price. However if mounting from the top surface to the undersied of a cabinet be aware that the bolts are really fiddley to get in and then tighten. A magnetic screw driver really helps.
This seems to be a great range hood. Strong and very unobtrusive. Haven’t installed it yet so cannot comment fully.
Chose this rangehood to fit within existing cabinets. Its a bit louder than i thought- ended up disconnecting one of the 2 fans, so all ok now. An absolute pain to install as the screw hole locations are not very accessible. The LED lights are good and a massive energy saving over many that utilise halogen. Easy to access and clean the filters. Overall it does what I wanted, and hope i dont have to remove it anytime soon.
The Rangehood is very noisy, hard to install and the extraction rate is not good
It does the job well. It’s a bit noisy and the buttons at the front for the fan and light are very clunky. It looks like they won’t last very long but we shall see.
Strong suction, feels sturdy when slid out. Not overly noisy. Better than our last. I’d recommend this.
