The small speaker that thinks big Ideal for smaller rooms, desktop systems or even as monitor speakers, the Klipsch R-41M are perfect for when space is tight. Unlike many other small speakers, they’re also highly efficient. The 90dB efficiency rating means an amp with a power output of just 20 watts should be enough to power these speakers to room-filling levels. This makes them the ideal match for valve amps or even good quality but lower powered mini systems. Ideal for home cinema As well as being the perfect compact speaker for stereo systems, the R-41Ms are also well suited to home cinema. Small enough to be discreetly used as rear and effect speakers, the R-41Ms give a broad spread of sound that’s ideal for home cinema. With matching subwoofer, centre and floorstanding speakers available, you can create a tonally matched system with the power to thrill. Horn-loaded tweeter for direct sound World famous for their horn-loaded treble units, the R-41M carries on the tradition with its Tractrix horn tweeter surround. Matched with the aluminium driver, this gives these speakers a highly precise sound that reveals every detail. Rhythmic bass from copper-spun woofers Extremely light and rigid, the copper-spun bass cone delivers a satisfying bass response that’s tight and punchy. The exceptionally precise cone movement delivers low levels of distortion – even at higher volumes. Copper style It’s the subtle touches that makes these speakers satisfying to behold. The eye-catching copper woofers stand out or, if you prefer, simply push on the magnetically attached speaker grilles for a more discreet look. For a small speaker with a big voice, the Klipsch R-41M suits so many systems.

Excellent Atmos Speakers

Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Klipsch. I personally own these speakers, 2 subs, 4 book shelf speakers and 1 center channel. If you are looking to build a quality surround sound system without breaking the bank Klipsch is perfect. I would highly recommend these speakers if you have an existing 5.1 setup. These speakers add another depth to surround sound. For example if it’s raining the rain sounds like it’s coming from the ceiling it’s super cool. I would recommend getting front speakers, center, rear speakers and a sub before getting these. These won’t do much if you have not much going on but a perfect addition to a 5.1 system. You can then turn it into 5.1.2 system. Just know you would need a 7 channel receiver to do this.

The R-41SA are a great addition to any home theater that supports Dolby Atmos. I have a 5.1.2 Atmos setup in my living room right now, B&W 683s2 towers for Front, equally powerful B&W center and 2 more 683S2 towers for the rear surround. I wanted to try out the Atmos feature on my receiver so I picked up a pair of the Klipsch R-41A and installed them on top of my front towers. Listened to music a low-med volume for about 90 minutes to loosen them up, then watched a couple movies. They are clean and clear, without being overly sharp, and vastly opened up the front soundstage. They are so good I ordered another pair and a Marantz receiver that can upgrade to 5.2.4 for the full experience. Upgrading from a single 10" B&W sub to a pair of 800w RMS 15" REL's. Great speakers in a small package!

I bought these speakers a short time ago to play music in a big, open gym area in our basement. I wanted to keep it simple - just two speakers on stands in two corners of the space. And wow, did these babies deliver! I hooked them up to the receiver the other night and fired them up to test with a few favorite tunes. The audio is rich and full, with beautiful range. Resonant bass, crisp clean mid-range and highs. The sound fills the space. I'm no audiophile, but I am kind of fussy about sound quality. I couldn't be happier with these speakers, especially for the price and the small size.

Great speakers, great sale price
4 January 2022

These are a great upgrade for the front speakers in the surround system of our small living room. They are much sharper sound than the previous pair. They are bigger and didn't quite fit in the previous stand, but we made it work. We also have a Klipsch subwoofer and now I'll be working to complete the whole set because they're 2 for 2 so far.For the sale price, these are a fantastic deal. Even at normal price you wouldn't regret them if you have little or nothing now.FYI: it takes speaker wire directly in the back, not banana plugs. The photos don't make that obvious so I had bought banana plugs I didn't end up needing.

Remodeled the bedroom turning it into a bedroom/den. Purchased a Klipsch Sound Bar 40 with wireless subwoofer for the bedroom and had an old Klipsch HD Theater 300 system I installed in the living room that I have had a great experience with. I snagged up a Harmon Kardon 1610S reciever for the new space and wanted a little more sound for my front speakers and center channel. Got with the folks with Klipsch and they packaged me out with a set of R-41M to replace my old front speakers and an R-34C center channel to replace the center channel. I couldn't be happier. Have had a wonderful experience with tech support, they were very informative and patient working with me on optimizing the settings to get them paired into my system and the sound quality leaves nothing to ... MoreRemodeled the bedroom turning it into a bedroom/den. Will most likely upgrade my old subwoofer for a little more punch and then I should be good to go. The sound quality is phenomenal, the sounds envelope the room and are so crisp and clear. Highly recommended!!!

Klipsch Atmos speakers

Such a great addition to my system. Has great sound quality. Sadly, just not exactly what I am looking for from my system. That's not to say anything negative about the actual quality of this speaker. That is a personal observation and buyer-specific to my choice. Simply a preference on my part. I could use them and still have a first quality experience and never miss a beat.It most definitely is a great speaker. The price was on point at a 50% sale. I wasn't finished paying for my previous floor speakers when these went on sale. Klipsch sale speakers have a reputation and sometimes are hard to get when on sale. They do sell out fast. So I went ahead and grabbed them while I could. It does what it's supposed to do. It's attractive and blends well with my existing system. Has the quality one would expect from Klipsch. For the short time, I have had them I'm going to upgrade to the RP-500SA. Only because I want that little extra oomph from the slightly larger speaker. If you are looking for Atmos speakers this could serve your system very well.I am just an average Joe. Not by any stretch a tech whiz. Kinda like the guy next door type. I do know enough to tell what might be missing in the sound I'm after. I just know these speakers are giving me exactly what I want from my system. For too many years I had to take the lower quality systems simply because I couldn't afford anything better. Now, I started watching the sales offerings. I know what this system costs when they aren't on sale. I kept an eye out for the "open Box" offers and over the course of a few months was able to assemble just what I want.Don't be deterred by the open box offers. Best Buy stands 100% behind their open box. If you find yourself unhappy with your choice they will gladly accept it back. You buy a box that hasn't been opened and you will remove it from the carton anyway when you get it home. So don't let a box determine if you have a good system or not. The box has no sound quality at all.The item inside is first-rate and comes with the same manufacturers' warranty. Imperfections however slight are clearly stated.Rarely any obvious difference in the quality. I do buy an open box item when I can. For me, being on a budget, it translates into savings. That said when you can save $50 - $100 or sometimes more on one speaker that savings can put you into another speaker you may not be ordinarily able to afford on the same budget.I hope this helps those of you like me. They are budget confined yet want something a little better than what they previously had.As for recommending this set of Klipsch Atmos speakers, I give them 100% thumbs up. I don't think you can go wrong with them.

Nicely compliment existing Klipsch floor speakers
24 April 2022

A nice way to add Dolby Atmos capabilities to an existing speaker system. I already had Klipsch floor-standing speakers. These set on top of them neatly and match perfectly, even though I bought the others 19 years ago. Klipsch has done a good job of maintaining a classic look that can be added to over time, even with technology that probably was not foreseen when I bought the original ones. Sonically, they do an excellent job of providing the added third dimension of height that Dolby Atmos provides by bouncing the sound off the ceiling. They can also be wall-mounted if that's your preference.

Perfect Atmos System

Finally upgraded my surround system to Atmos and these speakers were the final pieces of the puzzle.I up-fires these towards the ceiling and it changed everything. Now with movies with an Atmos track you can hear the environmental effects. Raining in a forest? You can hear the rai falling from above. Passing aircraft approach from behind, fly over your head and then appear on screen to exit stage right. These speakers reproduce those overhead sounds flawlessly. Whether its high frequency sounds or deep bass for impacts, the speakers repoduce these sounds flawlessly when activated. These are perfect for smaller rooms because of their size and works well with simple Atmos setups (I’m only running a 5.1.2 Setup) But I dont doubt these speakers could handle a larger ... MoreFinally upgraded my surround system to Atmos and these speakers were the final pieces of the puzzle.I up-fires these towards the ceiling and it changed everything. Perfect compliment to a BR surround sound system.
6 September 2022

The R-41SA from Klipsch are a perfect compliment to round out a surround sound system in my bedroom. Purchased two pairs, one sitting atop my Bowers & Wilkins floor speakers and the other pair serving as surround sound speakers. These R-41SA from Klipsch provide excellent sound, especially for movies and are seemlessly integrated with my Denon receiver and B&O center channel speaker. Watching movies in the bedroom is now as great as in our living room. Thanks Klipsch!

R-41SA speakers a perfect match to my RF-51fronts.
19 April 2022

I recently sold my home and am now renting while looking for the next house. Unfortunately the rental cannot accommodate my 7.1 Klipsch Reference setup, and I'm missing surround sound. The pair of R-41SA Atmos speakers on my RF-52 towers may not be quite the same as full surround, but the expanded zone up front makes a huge difference. Plus, I swear at times some sounds come from behind me. The R-41SA blends perfectly with my older RF-52 towers and RC-52 center. Now I can't wait to add my four RS-52's back into the mix for the full surround experience. After 12 years of Klipsch, I continue to be impressed.
