Klorane Quinine & Organic Edelweiss Shampoo 400 ml

Fior sio long Ihave been using the Centaury for my gray hair. Now, at age 69, my hair is beginning to thin and I decided to try the Quinine every few days. I have used twice. Not only does the shampoo not lather at all, and the conditioner is like using nothing- it tangles my hair, my hair is coming out more than ever and I immediately stopped using. I am very concerned. I cant be doing anything wrong.... And I had high hopers. I will be moving to Aveda. I am trying to reach them to see if I can get a refund, but I doubt that. I am really unhappy that this stuff was not effective because I love Klorane and have for years.

I have been using this Klorange shampoo alongside the conditioner, serum and supplement for the last month. The shampoo is a dark brown coloured liquid which is more runny than expected. Surprisingly, a little lathers up and washes your hair effectively. Having a lot of thick curly hair, this was a pleasant surprise. All product build up was removed without effort and although a little medicinal, the shampoo has a pleasant smell. After use my hair is always soft, less tangled and smells fresh. Although effective, the product is great as it is not stripping all moisture from my hair. After a couple of weeks my hair is shedding less. This is most noticeable on wash days. I am not experiencing hair loss but I have hypothyroidism and my hair used to shed a lot every time I washed it, I could even feel a ball of hair going down through my body when rinsing my hair after I shampooed it and when combing my hair I also used to lose a lot of hair but I wasn’t balding I was just desperate of seeing so much hair going to the trash. What I notice is that I don’t lose much hair when o wash my hair with this shampoo of course the first couple of days you won’t notice that but with time my hair has stopped shedding they way it used to be. I don’t lose much hair when I comb my hair either. I was tired of looking for a shampoo that would not pull my hair out and I finally found it. It takes time give it a time, unless it weights your hair down then you might want to use this one first and then one that gives you volume. I will buy another bottle and see if keeps my hair from falling. I use a hair treatment once every two weeks before washing my hair because the ends are a little dry but because I refuse to use hair conditioner.
