Well made end cutters that are great for pulling crown staples out of subfloors. I tried several different methods. Diagonal cutters, pliers, needle nose pliers, a combination of a flat blade screwdriver/pry-bar and 6" end cutters which worked, but were a bit short. KNIPEX 9" end cutters were, by far, the best method. Just the right length, good leverage and hand was less sore when I completed the job. They made it much easier and quicker.

Excellent product
Loving these Carpenters pliers/ cutters. Mainly use them to remove large crown Staples from roof materials and pull sheathing nails . They are comfortable to hold and very durable. Cut bailing wire easily and small nails. Not designed for heavy duty cutting. Get some of the knipex colbolt mini bolt cutters for that. They are awesome as well. I own over 20 pairs of knipex pliers and am happy I discovered this brand. . No Chinesium here just good German manufacturing
