Kodak PIXPRO Friendly Zoom FZ55 Digital Camera in Black

Nice little camera. Previously using Sony DSC W-830. This Kodak FZ55 is a mm or so larger in height, yet is remarkably similar, still fits nicely into top pocket.Menu/settings are easier than the Sony. I particularly like the video record button, a pleasant surprise, only thing I’d improve about that feature would to have it override the necessity to first switch the camera on.All three buttons on the top are unlikely to be turned on by mistake, although the ‘shutter’ button is a little too stiff for my big fingers.USB connection is particularly slow, best swap stuff by taking the card out, bringing me to the tripod connector; this is at the far end of the base which means one can remove the card without the faff of unscrewing the camera (unlike the ... MoreNice little camera. Will buy another for redundancy purposes and to pre-empt it being discontinued.Probably a little overpriced for what it is, but in fairness it’s a limited marked with these ‘smart’ phones that do a similar job.I should add Cambrian Photography were excellent.

Great bang for your buck Camera!

Exactly what I was expecting. Great image quality for the price. Easy to use. Smaller than my iphone 13. It's perfect for travel, concerts, and everyday photography.I am a professional photographer and this is a very nice change of pace from carrying around a 5lb mirrorless camera set up.I can see this being perfect for travel, concerts, parties and any time you don't want to bring your professional set up. Definitely a great gift for a loved one who is just getting into photography but does not want to spend thousands of dollars.

Kodak Pixpro FZ55 Digital Camera - Red

Wanted a camera to replace Sony W800, which was ideal, but unreliable. Had a Kodak years ago, and it was very good, so here I am again! Does almost everything the Sony does (it had 20M pixels maximum setting, while this has only 16M, but frankly I think the quality is better, and this allows you to choose compression rates, which Sony didn't) but also amazed to find that, in addition to 5x optical zoom, it has 25x digital TOO. It might not allow paperazzi type shots from half a mile away, but actually, it is surprizing good. Ticks all my other boxes, so if it can outlast the last camera, I'll be happy. Menu driven settings are bit over-complex but it has a lot packed in.

Kodak Pixpro Fz55

I bought this as a gift for a friend. It’s decent quality for the price point. The camera’s internal memory is small so I recommend getting an SD card. I bought an adapter for the camera to iPhone but camera kept charging instead of providing the option to transfer pictures. Using an SD card fixed that problem too. After the first night of using it the camera shut off and wouldn’t come back on. There’s a reset process to get it to work again but it was frustrating that being brand new it stopped working. I’ve seen others say the battery that comes with it is not very good and that getting a better one prevents this from happening. Overall for the price it’s a fun camera to take pictures with during a night out.

Small Vintage Camera

There are a few reviews on the Kodak Pixpro FZ55 Digital Zoom, and it appears to be due to the camera's unknown factors. First and foremost, when I received this camera, it was relatively small; it could be gripped snugly around an ordinary hand. With this feature, it is ideal for transporting anywhere and at any time. Its compact and light size is ideal for those who do not take photography seriously but wish to capture some good vintage esie quality images and video. The camera itself has multiple functions, can zoom in and out, and has many shot modes. Overall, I believe this camera is best suited for use as an everyday little camera. It is pricey for the product, so if you're seeking for a more affordable, medium, good quality option, search elsewhere.

[Rewarded Review] BEST CAMERA EVERRR!!!

Im new to all this digital camera stuff but let me tell you ive had the best experience with mine! Its small and super lightweight! The quality is definitely amazing i think ive taken better pictures on this camera than on my phone. FOR THE PRICE YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GET IT!!!! It doesnt hurt to try it out and if you dont like it you can always return it:). Something to keep in mind is that you'll need to buy a memory card and a adapter for the memory card so you can transfer all the photos over to your phone or laptop.

[Rewarded Review] Best purchase ever

Purchasing this camera was a game changer! I love it so much and use it all the time. The employee who helped me with my purchase was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this camera if you’re looking for a disposable camera look. I take it everywhere with me and my family and friends love to borrow it. The only down side about this camera is that you can’t take pictures back to back , you have to wait till it goes back to the camera screen. In addition, Best Buy didn’t have the red color in stock , I ended up buying it in black. If you’re considering buying it , I was in the same situation when trying to find a decent disposable camera, this camera was definitely what I was looking for.
