I weighed out one serving and paired my (3) pancakes with two pieces of uncured turkey bacon and two scrambled eggs with cheese. I weighed out 55 calories worth of organic maple syrup and dipped my pancakes. No guilt and completely satisfied. I could have eaten the pancakes plain or with vanilla yogurt, too. Try these, you won't be disappointed and bonus... They are 30 calories less, per serving, than the original flavor.

I was sceptical but I bought this as part of a more varied diet. Oats was out go-to every day and we wanted another good quality breafast, that also tastes good and is healthy. The recipe is quick and easy to prepare, hardly any effort at all. Even satisfies my husbands fussy taste buds. It ticks all the boxes.There is 7 servings in the box, it'll be gone in no time, just go ahead and order a dozen boxes.The serving size is very concervative so we top it off with a dollop of Soya and Coconut Yogurt, and a heap of blueberries. It doesn't really need anything else but for an extra treat a swish of maple syrup.

I was surprised how much I liked this mix. I ended up needing to add more mix because it was so thin so I suggest starting with less water. I let it sit 5-10 minutes. I got 6 small pancakes with about 1.5 cups mix. I added fresh blueberries and they turned out well. I reheated leftovers in the toaster and they were fine. Pancakes were thick, stodgy, a little on the hard side, and lightly sweet. Don’t expect to get pancakes that taste like “normal” ones, this is a low carb mix. You’re not going to get light fluffy sweet pancakes. I liked this one much better than KAF mix. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive and hard to find. It’s nice for an every so often treat.

Love this pancake mix! It has great amounts of protein, especially if you follow the directions to add eggs and use milk. My sister hardly eats anything, so my Mom uses this to supplememt some protein. I'm severly insulin resistant so regular pancakes aren't very great for me. This helps me with protein and feeling full, while still "treating" myself. I've used both as pancakes and waffles and both cook great. I got an oats one that I didn't like because I want my pancakes to be smooth and this one definitely is. I only wish it might have slightly less carbs for when I'm on lower carb diets, but overall a great product and tasty!

Super good!!! They taste like a brownie lol. No syrup really necessary. My toddler loves these and my husband and I get to enjoy a guilt free breakfast. I use sugar free syrup with mine but my husband and toddler eat them as is. We just add water to the mix. I cook mine in a skillet with olive oil - we like crispy edges to our pancakes! I would say to just prepare like you do any pancake mix from the box. We just eye ball it. There’s no magic way to prepare them lol. Great for the whole family and healthier choice than regular buttermilk pancakes. These do well with having you feel full also!

In the same small flat bowl I mix 2 TB mix with 2 TB water (makes one pancake). Let sit for 2 minutes & microwave for 1 minute. Add sugar-free syrup & I'm a HAPPY CAMPER!!! If I want a more savory taste I add a bit of butter, no syrup. BTW, it doesn't stick to the bowl. FYI: for every 1 TB mix, you microwave 30 seconds on high. Also, I usually make it with GROUND All-Bran Buds cereal (really high in fiber!!!). I use a coffee bean grinder to do that another time, & keep a large amount in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Reviews on not fluffy: use milk and follow directions. If you want thicker, fluffier the batter in pan should be about height you want it when done. Cook on medium and check to flip since the bubble process doesn’t necessarily work for these like regular pancakes. Cook in a tiny bit of butter. I didn’t add any other seasonings and used a really high quality real maple syrup and they are surprisingly good. Better than I expected since I make my own buttermilk usually for homemade pancakes and I’m a pancake purist but, these are a good alternative for more protein.
Absolutely love these. I live on gluten free waffles and have tried many brands These are easy to make and taste excellent. These waffles freeze great, so I make a bunch and take them with me when traveling to locations where finding gluten free options is a challenge. Don't be afraid to experiment with add ins to the mix. I've thrown in apples, blueberries, cooked gluten free oatmeal, mashed bananas, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, flax seed...the options are endless. I never add the oil called for in the waffle instructions. My favorite mix up is to add in cinnamon and flax seed and topped with peanut butter.
This is absolutely the best pancake mix out there. Healthy, quick and delicious. I use a small single waffle maker to cook mine as it’s so much quicker than a regular pan. A perfect one serve (especially for a waffle maker) uses the regular portion of 50g mixture with water. You can add in fruit or extra protein powder, just adjust the water. I serve topped with fruit, yoghurt & maple syrup at breakfast or add in choc chips and have with vanilla ice cream as a shared dessert. It’s always so good. Unfortunately we can’t buy this anymore locally in Australia so now I purchase via iherb. It’s our fave, you’ll love it.
