I got it for an after-workout snack or just for extra protein. It tastes a little bit like protein powder, but not overbearing. Its actually really good and filling. However, the bag is only filled halfway. For almost $6, this should be all the way filled with pancake mix. I only use it for two people, but this could probably feed a family of four only twice if everyone gets 2 pancakes. Please fill the bag or lower the price.

These chocolate chip pancakes are amazing. It’s so rare to find healthy options that actually taste amazing. I teach a 4-hour nutrition block for police recruits several times a year and I always recommend your pancakes to them. I show them your box and explain how the nutritional value differs from regular pancakes. I make them myself in batches of seven servings to cover an entire week and put them in the fridge. I package them in containers with ramekins of sugar free syrup and I have them EVERY day of the year. Even on vacation, I pre-make them, pack them in my carry-on, and take them with me. I honestly never leave home without them.

I made the chocolate chip pancakes smaller, since they were the ones the kids wanted, and they turned out great! The batter was thin enough to pour out great sized pancakes, the batter cooked up nicely and the final products were so flavorful and delicious. It has just the right amount of chocolate chips (mini ones which are even better!) And they tasted great. The kids (and adults) devoured them and I ended up having to whip up more. They aren't nearly as dense as the butter pancakes mix and they definitely have more flavor. Love that they have protein in them. These are my husband’s favorite next to the birthday cake which we also tried. Super delicious and perfect ratio of sweetness. He has a super sweet tooth so these hit the spot for him. The texture is light and fluffy ; sort of cakey. He enjoyed them in pancake and waffle form. The directions are extremely easy to follow. I could easily eyeball when I needed to add a little more mix and milk to make one last one. We love that each box makes so many servings. Perfect amount of chocolate chips were added to the mix so he got a mouthful with each bite. We highly recommend and will continue purchasing as we have in the past.
