The only issue I had is that the packaging instruction could be better at helping people choose the right size of the toy. I bought the smallest one solely based on my pup size only to find it pretty much useless and I was stuck with it. I recommend getting to know your pup a bit better before you choose the appropriate size of this toy that best suits his/her needs. This is completely useless for my chihuahua who has absolutely zero interest in working for treats. Also, if your pup is like my cocker spaniel, consider getting a bigger size so it can be used to feed meals. I also freeze the toy with stuffing to make it more challenging and stretch out the effort level.

We found a lot of the rubber pieces so we thought we had swallowed any. However, he did and it was stuck in his intestine.Bruno became very ill & when the vet took x-rays of his throat, stomach and intestines, he found an obstruction in his intestine.Bruno had to have surgery to remove the blockage. I find Kongs to be pretty reliable for moderate to aggressive chewers, but I will say it's important to inspect them after each use. I just bought 3 medium Kongs in April and rotate them in between hand washings. Needless to say I was surprised that the one in the photo was already destroyed and had to be tossed in the garbage. I rotate, inspect, and hand wash them after each use, so I don't feel there's a lot of wear and tear to warrant this Kong already breaking down. Plus my dog is pretty smart so she knows how to get the snacks out relatively easy so she doesn't chew on them very long. You can see in the photo after three months that the chew marks are pretty minimal. They do make a black Kong for aggressive chewers and I might have to switch to it.
